Very poor experience with 3Knots (Appu & Vinod) during my wedding. Pre-wedding shoot went fine, but wedding events were completely mismanaged. Till the last moment, there was no clarity on who the photographer would be. Promised photographers did not show up, timings were delayed by hours, and everything felt like last-minute arrangements. Despite the package including travel and stay, no accommodation was arranged for their team. My family had to step in and pay. Phones were switched off before the wedding, and when answered, the response was rude and unprofessional. Local photographers were sent at the last minute. Group photos were taken carelessly without checking if everyone was covered or eyes were open. After the wedding, photos were delayed for months, and an unjustified extra payment of ₹45,000 was demanded despite prior agreement and proof. Even album pricing was changed later (₹300 per sheet initially, charged ₹350 at the end). Overall, extremely stressful and disappointing experience during an important life event. Would not recommend. Vinod is money minded and worst person and unprofessional

Had a good experience with 3Knots Photography for the price they are charging. Got the raw copies for photos after a week. Edited photos were not usable. It looked like applying a preset that smoothens skin & increases contrast & brightness instead of going into each of the 40 photos they were supposed to edit. I did the editing myself as I am a photographer. I couldn’t handle the remini app like editing done for my pre wed photos. For the video, it was good. But got it after chasing for the completion for a month. The promise made to me was to deliver it within 15 days. Did not get the raw video clips to edit as per my own liking. I would have done better colour grading. Shots taken with drone was missing entirely from the final video. So the efforts and time gone into those clips were wasted. Coming back to the booking and professional courtesy side, I am happy. Photographer & video grapher were really nice and friendly. I got timely response on whatsapp all the time as well. My feedback to the vendor would be to invest in better editor. Else final result will always be average no matter the raw clips. You can go with them if you are a bit tight on budget. I feel they charge reasonably for what they are offering.
