3Knots is definitely the WRONG CHOICE if you want good pictures, everything covered nicely in your videos and if you want them all on time. I have literally helped them edit my own engagement video second by second. They took the complete payment much before delivering any of my photographs/videos to me. I have been engaged for 4 months now and I received my final set of edited videos just last week. I had to follow up every week to remind them that my videos are pending. We had to go to their office and sit with them to get my videos edited. They even ask to come on weekdays assuming we have no other jobs to do although they are open on Saturdays. They ask to send the requirements for video editing on whatsapp. To add pictures which they have clicked to the video, they asked me for photo file names, provided that. When I followed up, they asked me to upload the photos to the drive (the ones they have themselves clicked), uploaded them. When I followed up again, they asked me to upload to drive again although I had already done it before and shared the link. The quality of photos and videos is also horrible, the lighting in the photos and videos is bad. They did not ensure everyone is covered in the photos, I had to tell them to click a picture of mine with my parents. That too they have done with a horrible background/lighting. Basically the client is expected to check the lighting background etc, and they will just stand there and click. It is like they have just done the work for the sake of it, not with any interest at all. I am sure I click better pictures and videos on my phone compared to them.

Quality of work and very very professional everything got very quickly and I appreciate the work of 3knots photography still hoping to give some more orders from my family thank you so much for such professional team work......

Starting from selecting background colours and patterns, I have edited my own wedding video SECOND BY SECOND so much so that now when I see my own wedding video, I get irritated. Focused only after extracting money, the photographers first made sure they took 100% payment from me before delivering a single item to me and then further proceeded to extract money for the album, printing and finally asked more money for the video. They have made me drop by to their office several times senselessly. I have been married for 7 months now. Received my album last week which I MADE, and I have been denied the remaining of the deliverables. I am now looking for another studio that will take the raw materials of the video snippets that I have and try to mend the horrifying experience that I had with 3knots. Needless to say, 3knots is a big NO NO.
