Apart from wedding they even have casual western jewellery for every occasion, be it a casual dinner or a fancy night out or a day at the beach. Vidushi and her team go above and beyond to help you and ensure you get exactly what you need. The entire team is very cooperative and helpful and at Atrangi I feel the only motto is Customer Satisfaction. Very poor experience. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! There are all sorts of small prints on customs costs which is not made clear when you click through on the transaction. I spent £200 on jewellery plus £20 shipping. However then was hit with £80 custom charge on top. They then send me the small print from their website. Atrocious and suggest you do not buy from here!

I bought jewellery from Attrangi for my engagement. I was initially worried because its an online purchase. But i was beyond elated when i recieved the pieces. The jewellery looks EXACTLY like on the website give or take 5% due to screen resolution. It was exactly how I hoped it would be. one very good thing is that they have pictures of models wearing a few products , and client reviews as well on instagram/website so its easy to guage the look, length , size etc. they have a customer response team that is very responsive and very punctual with their service and will help no matter what. And its worth every single penny

Hi. So I ordered from Attrangi some days ago. To be specific I placed an order for 20,000rs and shipping of Rs3,250. The package reached me after stipulated time. I ignored that. When I opened the package and tried on products, most of them fit well and looked good except certain items that did not fit me well and also had stones missing (those were earrings ). When I got back to them, saying that I didnot like the size of earrings and it weighed my ears down so much so that it caused me pain, I thought I deserved a good customer service since I had placed an order of hefty amount of 20k. I was shocked to see their replies (which I have attached by the way). The founder Saloni very blatantly said I PURPOSELY took out the stones from the items to get it returned. I was shocked to the core. I had never heard this even from the smallest of businessmen where they would blame the customer for it. It wasn’t even about the missing stones. I could have dealt with that, I wanted an exchange of a product that caused me physical pain while trying. It’s an online website and people can order something that they don’t know the actual size of. It looked different in pictures. Saloni from the team not only said that I on purpose damaged the product but also said things like, how she made a mistake by selling it to me and how she should not have accepted the order (again guys, I made a sale of 20k with 3000shipping lol). Anyhow, after her constant remarks I was asked to shoot an email which I did and guess what NOT ONLY DID I NOTT RECEIVE AMY REPLY, instead, they chose to BLOCK me from all their phone numbers and social media handles like Instagram. There was not even a SINGLE Reply from the other Team members. They just decide to BLOCK ME. Quite mature for someone running a business. What if this happening in real. How would they block out people in front of their shop. Well, good for the virtual businesses. This review is just to tell all of you all reading this that even if you are pani g to buy stuff from them, kindly don’t expect them to deal with the issues that you would have. Rather be prepared to not only NOT get a reply BUT GET BLOCKED. I’m sure they are perfect examples of how to run a business lol. I don’t know if they can delete a review here but let’s take a chance and spread the message to the world about their impeccable customer service. I made sure I would share it after I got BLOCKED.

I wanted to invest in the good jewelry that too in my budget and not compromising on quality. Vidushi gave me the best set and along with that, she was in touch to keep me updated with the status of Set in progress. She has the best collection. ❤️
