Getting married on a beach (Goa) is a dream come true for any bride.. I was so mesmerised with the venue we selected for my wedding.. The best thing for the wedding festivities is the decor and the planning and would say Crosscraft was amazing in doing so.. Based out of Goa, Crosscraft has done an amazing job for my wedding. They add a splash of grandeur to any wedding they take up.. We always have a fear of how our imagination would look like as the decor is concerned and Crosscraft exactly executed the classy touch we expected from them... The best to deal with for me was Griva at Crosscraft.. For us she's "chota packet bada dhamaka". Mr. Serrao you are amazing... Thank You so much for wonderful memories we made

Being locals of Goa, we know the best in the business. Undoubtedly Team Crosscrafts ranks within the first 3 in Goa. They were extremely easy to deal with, very accommodating, and hands on in their job. They not only Managed to set up an entire venue in just a few hours, from the previous handover, but they managed to do so with utmost efficiency. The creative team helmed by Griva was absolutely honest and understood our requirements very easily and executed the same. What is worth noting is that "What you see in their proposals is what you get".I would highly recommend using Crosscraft's team for your weddings big or small. However busy they may be through the entire process of planning the wedding be rest assured they will deliver ! We were introduced to Serrao through someone we knew 6 months before our wedding. After a couple of meetings we realised we were on the same page with what we wanted with decor and what he was offering. There were a lot of ideas discussed and after going back and forth we got what we were looking for. There were instances where he understood our taste and need better than we did and helped us decide. After that, everything was as smooth as we could hope for. He has a team of thorough professionals and they blended seamlessly into the background during our wedding but when you needed someone they were there in an instant. The decor was absolutely amazing for all our events and I can say he went above and beyond in certain aspects to make sure the wedding looked even better than what we had hoped for. We would absolutely recommend Crosscraft (Serrao and his team) for any event.

Today marks exactly 5 years to our wedding that was made magical thanks to Serrao and his team. I don't think words can describe how good his work is and how much passion he puts in to his work for every wedding we have seen him plan and especially ours. He went over and above our requirements to add special touches to our wedding. As a couple, we always just wanted to make sure our wedding was fun and the food was great and little did we know the small things that go into making it a memorable one. Be it finding us the best hotel and helping us get a good deal, to managing small things that we thought were not important. I remember telling him to just put my husband in a hotel Buggy for the baarat and not thinking twice, but he got a vintage car and I only found out after the wedding that's what happened. I walked out of my room one afternoon hearing someone playing the violin for a beautifully arranged hi-tea in the lobby. A wedding planner isn't someone that just does good decor or gives good ideas, he or she needs to be someone that throws in these additional elements without stressing you or talking about 'budgets' every time they suggest ideas. We gave Serrao a budget and he worked around it as gracefully as he could. Not only was his team's hospitality division and decor good, the extra mile is what makes it count. When you're not stressed for your wedding, its a good wedding. That's what he did. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have done it any other way. Serrao and his team are every bridezilla's dream (says a huge control freak). I genuinely miss working with them even 5 years later!

Planning a destination wedding from the UK was a challenge, but Crosscraft truly made it as stress free as possible, we'd go as far as to say they made it a real joy to plan. Right from meeting Serrao you got the sense that this isn't just a business with a bottom line. This work is his life and a real passion. From our first meeting with him we got a real sense that he's inspired by his work, loved a challenge and really cared about his clients. Serrao also has a good knack of hiring some incredible people. Atul and Griva were both highly skilled professionals that we could totally trust from day 1. We feel like our wedding was organised by friends not strangers, they made a real effort to get to know our personalities, to listen to our needs and wants, and then to go away and plan the event of our dreams. They were more than wedding planners, they were designers, event managers, last minute problem solvers, and with a bit of encouragement great dancers too. Atul and Griva's attention to detail was incredible. The decor blew us away for every single event. The really lovely thing was seeing little surprises that we hadn't even discussed included. Also looking back at the photos, made us really appreciate the level of detail the whole team went to for us. I think a key part of what makes Crosscraft such great wedding planners is their communication. They were prompt, and flexible with meetings, they were super speedy and clear with emails and texts, and the most important thing is that they made a real effort to listen and respond to our requests. Budget wise, Crosscraft at first looked to be out of our budget, but we were pleasantly surprised just how accommodating to our budget and needs they were. Our budget may have been smaller, but for us it was a big deal. Crosscraft really understood and respected this. Throughout the process we were confident that they were trying their best to keep costs down without compromising on quality. I'd say overall Crosscraft is a company that cares about it's work and clients, this isn't just about making money, it's about making wow moments happen, and there were so so many throughout all our events. If you're thinking about having your wedding or special event in Goa, we can't recommend Crosscraft enough. It was by far the best decision we made! Thank you a million times over Atul and Griva we were truly blessed to have you as our planners.
