Getting married on a beach (Goa) is a dream come true for any bride.. I was so mesmerised with the venue we selected for my wedding.. The best thing for the wedding festivities is the decor and the planning and would say Crosscraft was amazing in doing so.. Based out of Goa, Crosscraft has done an amazing job for my wedding. They add a splash of grandeur to any wedding they take up.. We always have a fear of how our imagination would look like as the decor is concerned and Crosscraft exactly executed the classy touch we expected from them... The best to deal with for me was Griva at Crosscraft.. For us she's "chota packet bada dhamaka". Mr. Serrao you are amazing... Thank You so much for wonderful memories we made

Being locals of Goa, we know the best in the business. Undoubtedly Team Crosscrafts ranks within the first 3 in Goa. They were extremely easy to deal with, very accommodating, and hands on in their job. They not only Managed to set up an entire venue in just a few hours, from the previous handover, but they managed to do so with utmost efficiency. The creative team helmed by Griva was absolutely honest and understood our requirements very easily and executed the same. What is worth noting is that "What you see in their proposals is what you get".I would highly recommend using Crosscraft's team for your weddings big or small. However busy they may be through the entire process of planning the wedding be rest assured they will deliver ! We were introduced to Serrao through someone we knew 6 months before our wedding. After a couple of meetings we realised we were on the same page with what we wanted with decor and what he was offering. There were a lot of ideas discussed and after going back and forth we got what we were looking for. There were instances where he understood our taste and need better than we did and helped us decide. After that, everything was as smooth as we could hope for. He has a team of thorough professionals and they blended seamlessly into the background during our wedding but when you needed someone they were there in an instant. The decor was absolutely amazing for all our events and I can say he went above and beyond in certain aspects to make sure the wedding looked even better than what we had hoped for. We would absolutely recommend Crosscraft (Serrao and his team) for any event.

Today marks exactly 5 years to our wedding that was made magical thanks to Serrao and his team. I don't think words can describe how good his work is and how much passion he puts in to his work for every wedding we have seen him plan and especially ours. He went over and above our requirements to add special touches to our wedding. As a couple, we always just wanted to make sure our wedding was fun and the food was great and little did we know the small things that go into making it a memorable one. Be it finding us the best hotel and helping us get a good deal, to managing small things that we thought were not important. I remember telling him to just put my husband in a hotel Buggy for the baarat and not thinking twice, but he got a vintage car and I only found out after the wedding that's what happened. I walked out of my room one afternoon hearing someone playing the violin for a beautifully arranged hi-tea in the lobby. A wedding planner isn't someone that just does good decor or gives good ideas, he or she needs to be someone that throws in these additional elements without stressing you or talking about 'budgets' every time they suggest ideas. We gave Serrao a budget and he worked around it as gracefully as he could. Not only was his team's hospitality division and decor good, the extra mile is what makes it count. When you're not stressed for your wedding, its a good wedding. That's what he did. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have done it any other way. Serrao and his team are every bridezilla's dream (says a huge control freak). I genuinely miss working with them even 5 years later!

Planning a destination wedding from the UK was a challenge, but Crosscraft truly made it as stress free as possible, we'd go as far as to say they made it a real joy to plan. Right from meeting Serrao you got the sense that this isn't just a business with a bottom line. This work is his life and a real passion. From our first meeting with him we got a real sense that he's inspired by his work, loved a challenge and really cared about his clients. Serrao also has a good knack of hiring some incredible people. Atul and Griva were both highly skilled professionals that we could totally trust from day 1. We feel like our wedding was organised by friends not strangers, they made a real effort to get to know our personalities, to listen to our needs and wants, and then to go away and plan the event of our dreams. They were more than wedding planners, they were designers, event managers, last minute problem solvers, and with a bit of encouragement great dancers too. Atul and Griva's attention to detail was incredible. The decor blew us away for every single event. The really lovely thing was seeing little surprises that we hadn't even discussed included. Also looking back at the photos, made us really appreciate the level of detail the whole team went to for us. I think a key part of what makes Crosscraft such great wedding planners is their communication. They were prompt, and flexible with meetings, they were super speedy and clear with emails and texts, and the most important thing is that they made a real effort to listen and respond to our requests. Budget wise, Crosscraft at first looked to be out of our budget, but we were pleasantly surprised just how accommodating to our budget and needs they were. Our budget may have been smaller, but for us it was a big deal. Crosscraft really understood and respected this. Throughout the process we were confident that they were trying their best to keep costs down without compromising on quality. I'd say overall Crosscraft is a company that cares about it's work and clients, this isn't just about making money, it's about making wow moments happen, and there were so so many throughout all our events. If you're thinking about having your wedding or special event in Goa, we can't recommend Crosscraft enough. It was by far the best decision we made! So I just got married in November, and I'm sorry I can't be modest here because I would have to say it was one of the most beautiful wedding's I've been too. The team that helped me put together this wedding was the best team there is in Goa. Our ceremony took place at the Chicalim church followed by the reception at Stone Water Eco Resort. We live in mumbai so we did a few trips to Goa to ensure everything we wanted at the wedding was taken care of. We started getting in touch with one vendor at a time and they helped recommend the others. I started with our DJ, Ryan Nogar, who then recommended Updesh- The Compere and The Band - True Blue. With regards to overall handling of the entire event and decor we knew of Crosscraft but were not sure if we would be able to afford them because our wedding was like a small little event compared to the massive events crosscraft does. But we met Francis and his team- Martinha, Griva and a few others. After meeting them I sent across the moodboard and everytime we went to Goa we made changes to it and they told us whatever was possible. The budget was sent to us and we died, because we hadn't planned for that cost. But the team met us every trip and adjusted the budget further. We still were not convinced because we were not ready. And then the final moodboard was locked and the final budget came to us, we were elated because Francis and his team had not just given us what we wanted but also at the cost that we had decided. We also ran past all our vendors with Francis as final checks and lock ins and its was the best idea. It was then execution day and the moment I arrived outside the church I couldn't imagine what was in front of me because they had given me more than I had asked for. The decor outside and inside the church was elegant and beautiful. And our guests were so well taken care of that we didn't even have to worry. I was just in awe of the work they had done. We then proceeded to the reception and I couldn't believe my eyes because the venue was done up like a dream. It was stunning and every guest that left the venue that night had told us that this wedding was magical. Its been 2 months and everywhere we go people have only been talking about the wedding and the elegance and class that came with it. Francis is not just a business man but an amazing individual who doesn't just cater to his clients requirements but gives them so much more , a holistic approach to their wedding. Martinha from his team a true rockstar who was by my side during the entire process. She handled everything beautifully and did a spectacular job from the beginning to the end. It started drizzling at our wedding and within few minutes she ensured our entire wedding had moved inside to a closed covered setup where we partied till the wee hours of the morning. I am only grateful and thankful that we had Crosscraft handle everything for us because without them we would have been stranded. Thank you so so much Francis, Sally, Martinha, Griva and the entire Crosscraft Team, you all were fabulous.

Serrao is one of the most unprofessional people we have interacted with in our lives. he comes late to meetings without even informing does not return calls and deliberately delays finalising a wedding. This put pressure on us as we ran out of options and almost spoilt such an important life event. thankfully we found someone to handle our wedding in the last minute. any good work he may be able to do has no meaning when the interaction is so bad If you want stress uncertainty and complete haphazard way of working then go with this man otherwise there are many other good wedding planners who do an equal or better job.

I have deliberated for a long time if I will write this review- as I hate to badmouth a business or ruin someones name. But given the experience I had with Serrao and Crosscraft team- i would feel very bad if another bride & groom goes through the stress that I did and all the while I know what they are like. Crosscraft have great decor, amazing ideas and I have no doubt their events look incredible. BUT I contacted Crosscraft in March 2017 for my wedding in Feb 2018 and in Jan 2018 Crosscraft let me down and almost ruined everything. They didnt respond to emails or calls and I have chased and chased Serrao- even cried to him, and begged him to respond to my emails and calls. He was always too busy and would just say don’t worry i will sort it. 3 weeks before my wedding and nothing was sorted- not even payment terms or an advance. He was too busy at other peoples weddings (or maybe chasing those with bigger budgets- my budget was pretty healthy but not extravagant) The quote i got from him in Jan 2018 was a joke- i went to another wedding planner and we were able to have my dream wedding within my budget and with even more things than Serrao had included. Serrao was really nice the few times we spoke and the 2 times we met (where he also arrived late). Im sorry to have to write this Serrao but I also have all the email trails and whatsapp convos to back up this review. I wish you all the very best- but before you ruin more peoples excitement about their weddings you need to look at your internal processes. I tried so hard to be organised and well planned and because of Crosscraft it was a nightmare. Luckily i found someone who was able to help- but i cannot believe you would put a bride in this position.

Anil and I were working hand in hand with Mr. Serrao and he was there for us whenever we needed anything. Him and his team were so accommodating and helpful. We got married in Thailand and Mr. Serrao worked with the people in Thailand to make our dream wedding come true. He went through sleepless nights, several flights, and put up with all of our requests. His work and his team are extremely professional and were always in sync with us. Mr. Serrao has become like family and we cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work.

I was a total bridezilla with exact requirements per function. Mr. Serrao was amazing, he took all our inspirations from Pinterest, Instagram and others and improvised on them with panache. The sets looked amazing, the colours popped and our wedding looked as royal as can be. Highly recommend Crosscraft for all Goa weddings.
