Extremely Unprofessional & Disruptive Experience – Strongly Not Recommended We hired Decor by Komal (Komal & Ali; coordination by Saquib) for Tavashya’s wedding after multiple detailed planning meetings and PPT approvals. The scope, layouts, color themes, furniture placements, signage, hospitality desk, and stage setups were all clearly documented and discussed in advance. The pricing charged was premium. The final execution did not match the approved designs across Carnival, Sangeet, and Wedding Day. Major Execution Failures: - Steppers not arranged around couple/entertainment stages - Lounge seating incomplete (coffee tables missing, puffies not placed as per PPT) - Wedding lounge not executed as finalized - Welcome signages missing at Sangeet and Wedding entrances - Couple hashtag and initials promised for passage not executed - Carnival bar design not delivered as approved - Hospitality/help desk design never shared despite content being provided a week prior - Itinerary prints not placed when guests began arriving - Decor pieces such as urn pots, vases, and easel stands were unstable and repeatedly falling due to improper securing. - Old torn clothes were used everywhere. Even write in the center of the wedding lounge which after repeatedly mentioning they never changed. On-Ground Coordination Issues: The labour team appeared unaware of finalized designs. Multiple instructions had to be repeated. Team members left the site during active setup windows. Contrary to the impression created during sales discussions, a significant portion of inventory appeared to be outsourced. Saqib consistently over-committed during planning discussions but under-delivered on execution. Assurances given in meetings did not reflect on ground reality. Wedding Day Escalation: On the wedding day, due to payment discussions, lights were switched off multiple times during the live event. Work was threatened to be stopped mid-function, and labour gathered during guest presence. This created visible disruption and embarrassment during an ongoing wedding function. Such conduct during a live wedding event reflects a complete lack of professionalism and sensitivity. Additionally, the on-ground behavior of Ali during execution was aggressive and inappropriate in tone, particularly towards female team members during setup discussions. This is unacceptable in any professional environment, especially at a wedding. We also want to state clearly: This is a 100% genuine review based on a real event. All discussions, approved PPTs, WhatsApp conversations, and on-ground documentation are available. We are open to sharing proof with serious inquirers. The company does not have a proper Google review presence. Instagram comments do not allow transparent negative feedback, so we strongly advise future clients to conduct independent due diligence and speak directly to past clients before booking. Weddings require emotional intelligence, accountability, and execution discipline. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below professional standards. Proceed with extreme caution.

I hired Komal and Ali team for my brother’s engagement event, which I held at the Andaz Aerocity Delhi. We entrusted this decorator with everything from start to finish, expecting a truly special and memorable occasion. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a disaster. The decorator completely ruined what was supposed to be a significant milestone in our life. They botched the decorations so badly that it felt like they turned my special moment into a complete embarrassment. What I got was a total disaster. I’m actually sharing some photos as proof of just how laughably bad the difference was between what they promised and what they delivered. Honestly, looking at it, you’d think I must have lost my mind hiring these amateurs. They absolutely shredded my special moment and turned it into a regrettable mess. I can’t believe I made such a terrible decision by trusting these people. If you want someone to ruin an event, you might as well put these folks at the front of the line. They turned what should have been a beautiful memory into a complete disaster. This is my honest feedback so others can be aware.
