Major Execution Failures: - Steppers not arranged around couple/entertainment stages - Lounge seating incomplete (coffee tables missing, puffies not placed as per PPT) - Wedding lounge not executed as finalized - Welcome signages missing at Sangeet and Wedding entrances - Couple hashtag and initials promised for passage not executed - Carnival bar design not delivered as approved - Hospitality/help desk design never shared despite content being provided a week prior - Itinerary prints not placed when guests began arriving - Decor pieces such as urn pots, vases, and easel stands were unstable and repeatedly falling due to improper securing. - Old torn clothes were used everywhere. Even write in the center of the wedding lounge which after repeatedly mentioning they never changed. On-Ground Coordination Issues: The labour team appeared unaware of finalized designs. Multiple instructions had to be repeated. Team members left the site during active setup windows. Contrary to the impression created during sales discussions, a significant portion of inventory appeared to be outsourced. Saqib consistently over-committed during planning discussions but under-delivered on execution. Assurances given in meetings did not reflect on ground reality. Wedding Day Escalation: On the wedding day, due to payment discussions, lights were switched off multiple times during the live event. Work was threatened to be stopped mid-function, and labour gathered during guest presence. This created visible disruption and embarrassment during an ongoing wedding function. Such conduct during a live wedding event reflects a complete lack of professionalism and sensitivity. Additionally, the on-ground behavior of Ali during execution was aggressive and inappropriate in tone, particularly towards female team members during setup discussions. This is unacceptable in any professional environment, especially at a wedding. We also want to state clearly: This is a 100% genuine review based on a real event. All discussions, approved PPTs, WhatsApp conversations, and on-ground documentation are available. We are open to sharing proof with serious inquirers. The company does not have a proper Google review presence. Instagram comments do not allow transparent negative feedback, so we strongly advise future clients to conduct independent due diligence and speak directly to past clients before booking. Despite Komal's initially impressive reviews and her being the most expensive decorator we considered, our experience was deeply disappointing. While the Haldi decor was satisfactory, the service deteriorated significantly afterward. After receiving the remaining contract payment, Komal was inexplicably absent from all subsequent events, despite us providing accommodation and her contractual obligation to oversee all decor. The decor for both our Sangeet and, most distressingly, our wedding ceremony, bore little resemblance to the specific details we meticulously discussed and confirmed over months of planning. On the morning of my wedding, instead of preparing, I was forced to deal with significant omissions, including missing bridesmaid bouquets and other essential floral elements. While Komal eventually provided decor closer to our expectations for the reception, this was only after considerable back-and-forth and did not compensate for the preceding failures. Her complete lack of presence and oversight for key events, coupled with the significant discrepancies in the decor, demonstrate a profound lack of professionalism both during and after our wedding. The decor team regularly ran late, pushing back our events. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Komal to other couples.

I believe the worst management that I could ever see from a decor and event company is this company. I went with this event company after seeing the reviews over here, but I now believe most of these reviews are fake and are from there people only. Don't ever go with this event company, they change the decoration at the end moment according to their convenience, and would say that the finalized decor was not good. They don't have a fix team and will do work from different vendors, and will not coordinate with them and would tell the person who has paid them for all the event and decor to talk with each team. If I had to talk with each team and coordinate with them, then why the heck are they taking money for. If we would say that we want to go with the design which was finalized before, then would give 100 different reasons for not going with the finalized decor , but in reality they are just cost cutting even after getting the full payment from us. Their manager Rahul doesn't take the work seriously neither does he pickup the calls, except when he wants the money. Their owner Komal just doesn't put personal attention over the project and even would not be on the location where the event is going and would not pickup the call even if something wrong happens. They just ruined the whole wedding function by their mismanagement, ignorance and cost cutting activities. Students in school can manage a picnic better than these guys, never hire them even for birthday parties leave alone your wedding day, they will ruin the whole mood and vibe of function and eventually you will have to run and do stuffs by yourself. Will not even give them zero stars, there rating should be in minus.

We got married at Alsisar Nahargarh on the 13th and 14th of December 2022. Komal and her team were one of the best decisions we took for the wedding. She is a true artist and also a perfectionist. While we had detailed discussions of what we wanted in every event, she did more than what was promised. The sangeet decor was absolutely gorgeous with the fairy light ceiling looking like we had landed into another galaxy. The wedding was magical with beautiful elements in every corner of the hathikund. I have seen videos of tons of weddings at Alsisar nahargarh but I can proudly say that none can match up to the decor at our wedding. As I was walking into the events, my eyes could not believe what as I was seeing. Everything was so perfect. Our maayra decoration was blue pottery and the haldi was yellow orange and gold. Everything in both events was beyond perfect. I still get messages every day about how beautiful the decor was. Komal brought our vision for our wedding decor to life. For ever single event, I think she made it 2x more beautiful than we had imagined. If you are looking for a designer for your wedding, please book decorbykomal without a doubt. You will absolutely love her work.

I had a lot of expectations when I decided to book, decor by komal for my roka decor. Their photos and reviews spoke volumes about their work, so without giving any second thought we booked them for the decor. However I was a bit disappointed with what came as the final result. They had very well executed both the backdrops. However the roofs of both stages were not at all as per discussed. They had left the roofs so so light. Not at all, what we had finalised. Rahul from the team, was always in touch with me and I had very specifically told him, what I had in my mind. We shared reference photos and even reminded him repeatedly what I had in my mind. At the event, their team was super late doing the decor and the hotel had to step in to help them complete the decor because guests had started entering. I did not expect this from someone who has been in this industry for so long. Added to that, They made the entrance and roofs so so light and when my brother asked him about the same, the excuse was that we ran out of material. If we are paying them, sourcing right amount of material is their responsibility. Also Rahul did add few extra sofas here and there, but that does not compensate for incomplete and inadequate entrance and roof decor. I am a little disappointed by the experience with them, and will think twice before recommending them further. Rahul overall was very cooperative, however that is of no help, if work is not upto mark. First three photos are reference / discussion photos, other two are from the event. In thr photos its very much evident, how light the roof of main stage was and how they had changed the entrance completely.

Rahul managed my wedding. Engagement party decoration was really good. Almost everything asked was delivered. However, the decorations on the wedding day could have been better managed if not for the last minute changes. Somethings could have discussed prior to execution. Overall, the arrangements and decoration were great but there is always a scope of improvement on occasions such as this.

Komal is a true artist - she has vision, passion and unique ideas. She cares deeply about his work, and took time to understanding our taste over the course of our journey together. She has a vast array of décor, not to mention a wide community of vendors, suppliers and other artists that which she shared generously with us. We appreciated his gentle touch and the integrity he brought to the process. We appreciated his ability to dream big but also to scale back according to our budget. We were assisted by Saquib and we were very happy with how our venue looked on the day. It was better than we had imagined it to be! There was a slight slip up with the mist fans but since they went that extra mile to make our day special, we would definitely recommend their services to everyone. I absolutely loved Komal's work during my wedding in February. While I had loved her decor sense from the start, I was particularly impressed with her services during the wedding time, when one is usually stressed and busy. She showed me the venue right before the wedding, addressed minor feedback, got me flowers from my bridal hairstyle. Komal managed my COVID wedding on a one week notice. Her team and she, met us personally, took the brief and understood what we had in mind, promptly reverted with a proposal, made changes and signed it all off within two days. Thereafter they just followed the plan to the T and delivered on all that was promised. They took special care of the fine ends which are very imp to me. They were always a call away and never shy-d away from rework whenever something was pointed out. They took care of safety measures while working in my house and worked towards minimising risk of infection in all that they did. I highly recommend Komal and her team. I have to say the promptness at which the entire work was done from taking the brief from me, giving me a a quotation, preparing a detailed ppt with what to expect, visiting my house, incorporating the changes and actually decorating my entire house to make it look soo very beautiful was extremely impressive. I saw her work at my friend's wedding since then i wanted komal and ali to work for us. We hired them as our decorator at HYATT REGENCY GURGAON. I was amazed to see their planning skills,entire team is professional but make you feel like a family. They are experienced,knowledgeable and trust worthy.They were our decorators but they planned every thing from bride entry to ring exchange everything. They were their at the venue all the time,in case if you require anything last minute.They have everything in their warehouse and this really helped us a lot in costing. Ali was so open to the ideas in keeping our budget in mind. They has quirky style ok creating the decor set-up exactly the way you want. They did decor for our haldi,mehendi,ring ceremony and wedding. Venue was same all the day but it looked completely different in all the events. Haldi was a fun flamingo theme as it was poolside. Mehendi night was colourfull. Ring ceremony was floral garden And wedding was sabyasachi theme. They helped us a lot in choosing other vendors like mehendi artist,dhol,band,DJ. They have a very young creative designer in their team SAQUIB. He is a genius,we loved everything he came up with. After consulting with a series of event decorators, 2 of them gave up to my ideas & suggested us to go to Decor by komal. We finally met them at their Taj palace@ Dhaula kua .
