I had worst experience with them. They changed my lehnga from silver work to golden work and were not ready to admit. Staff is very rude and theres no way to contact that stupid mukul arora Image 1- their own model wearing lehnga with silver work Image 2- my trial picture of sample piece with silver work Image3- lehenga they delivered with golden work n base red colour also changed Image 4- wrong golden sequins used and cluttered form Image5- sample piece design with 4 small dot style stones Pathetic All i can say is brides be aware and choose some otjer designer or even non designer. I wish i had read all reviews before making them payment My bad !

Oh my goodness how we ignored all the bad reviews and yet fell for this completely uncouth and absolutely unprofessionals. Calling them designers is an insult to the term " Designers" From the start, we picked our bridal wear and it was supposed to be delivered on 30th October 2025, today's 13th December 2025 and yet the dress isn't ready. Considering it's off the rack there wasn't much to customise and yet they couldn't deliver on time, they have been dodging calls not picking calls often and completely lying about shipment. When we asked for consignment details all we heard were lame excuses. Their manager Varun who closed our bridal wear for 5.8lakh ... yes 5.8 lakh for their such atrocious behaviour, non commitment approach and totally misleading attitude. If you are a bride or a groom or a family looking for any bridal wear please , please avoid this place totally. They have no shame, no customer service and no committed approach to either business or their clients.

I am totally in tears , depressed after visiting this place . Biggest fraud.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Misleading We had an extremely disappointing experience with Ejaaz Couture. We trusted them with our bridal lehengas, but the entire process was marked by unprofessional behavior, false promises, and a complete disregard for timelines. Despite repeated assurances that our outfits would be delivered well before the wedding, we have still not received them — even after more than a month’s delay. With the wedding just a few days away, we are now left with no option but to make last-minute arrangements on our own. The team has been unresponsive and uncooperative, providing vague and conflicting updates every time we reached out. When we requested a refund, we were told it would take another month, which is completely unacceptable given the urgency of the situation. What’s worse, the staff’s attitude has been rude and dismissive throughout. They even showed us a damaged trial piece while claiming it was our own outfit. This entire ordeal has caused immense emotional stress right before the wedding. It is disheartening to see a brand with such a name operate with zero accountability, poor ethics, and unprofessional conduct. We strongly advise future brides and families to be cautious before placing their trust in this store.

Dear Ejaaz Couture Kindly clear our pending dues. Mr. Mukul and ms misha both are not picking up my call after taking courier services from us . Dues are pending from a long time.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ejaaz classifies itself to be a luxury couture but honestly my local tailor gives me better customer service and product. I placed an order 6 months prior to my wedding date(5th Dec) and told them I would like to try it on 24th Nov. I messaged them on 16th Nov and the sales person sounded so shocked like it was the first time she heard of it. The lehenga costed a whopping 4.6L and the first time I tried it is one day prior to the event. And this is after my mother in law spent half a day yelling at them a day prior and I gave their Delhi head office 40 calls and nobody bothered to answer.To top it off they don’t have any local alterations team. They don’t have any master to recommend fitting changes and the sales team has the audacity to brag that they never need alterations( for bridal lehengas). And ofcourse like any bride going through weight changes before the wedding I did too and they told me they need to send the dress to Delhi for alterations. After spending so much money this brand gave me so much anxiety and so much grief that I would refuse to wear anything from them even if it was free. Please save your energy and go to someone reputable and someone who values your time and peace of mind. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Poor everything

Ejaaz couture is a horrible place to buy a lehenga and i am not the only bride to be fleeced i’ve read so many reviews claiming the same. We went to the store and took a look at the lehengas! Ending up liking one for which we were told if we were sure to give a token amount (bonnie) just to show its their first sale of the day. There was no mention of refund or any receipt so we gave 5k (our mistake) and left to check out one place (till this time we were sure of the gold lehenga) but after going and checking other places out we realised that they r scamming us! They prefer cash payment and inspite of that they want to take the complete GST amount and for customisation its a bomb. So we went back in 20 minutes and told them we are not interested they refused to return the token amount claiming its already deposited which wasn’t possible and they have no return policy. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. LUCKILY this was just 5000 and i dint book the lehenga because after coming home furious i read reviews and some brides have lost way more money. Idk how such stores have such prominent locations but such down market behaviour.

I will list down all the things that had happened from ordering experience to getting my outfits ready to delivering to the home. 1. They didn’t allow me to video call to my fiance which couldn’t come due to some reasons. 2. I asked them I will need my duppatta in August first week and informed them that I will come on 13th aug and had booked my flight for the same. (10 days prior informed them). She asked me on 12th, can you come on 14th, your dress had not reached the store. Is this they are supposed to operate even I had informed them 10 days prior. 3. I had my return flight booked on 13th august that I informed her earlier, later she asked please come in evening 4 pm. 4. Last is worst of all, I had my trials there and head duppatta was not at the store, she told, it is gone for dry clean(other 3 things came). We asked her to deliver it at home as we couldn’t visit the store again. She told she will deliver it home. We visited the store on friday(13th august) and asked on friday if she had courier it, she told she will deliver tomorrow to my dad and she messaged me that she will ship on coming Tuesday. On saturday, she told she had couriered it but didn’t share any tracking id. We asked the tracking id again on Monday, she didn’t share it. She shared the tracking id on Wednesday and messaged it will work in the evening. It had not started working till yday and she was ignoring calls and messages from couple of days, she kept on lying about the courier update. We asked her to return our money for the dupatta if the dupatta is not ready. I think she was lying about the courier part the whole time as duppatta was not ready. Thursday, one of our known has gone to store to collect it, she was refusing to talk on phone with us. This was the worst shopping experience of our lifetime. Even after spending so much of money, this is how they serve their customers. Never ever trust them on the timings and delivery part, I would say look for other designers, they will serve you better. This was a total waste of time and money!!!

We could not be more grateful and pleased with the brand, tailors, and store staff who made our shopping experience so wonderful. We ordered two lehengas from their store in Delhi and the lehengas we received were beyond our expectations -- they looked so beautiful and fit us perfectly! I highly recommend this designer brand to anyone looking to buy beautiful, well-made Indian clothes for her wedding. Lot of lots of best wishes

This entire experience with Ejaaz Couture has been a nightmare. The lack of professionalism, lies, manipulation, and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes have left me utterly disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone considering Ejaaz Couture to reconsider. They have demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity. I am now left with a bitter memory of my wedding shopping experience, which was supposed to be a joyful and memorable time. Instead, it has been filled with frustration, disappointment, and regret. Ejaaz Couture has shown me that they prioritize their own interests over their customers', and I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid the distress I have endured.
