I booked Jessica Makeovers for my wedding function on 30th November 2025, based on positive reviews on WedMeGood and Instagram. We had multiple discussions over calls before the wedding, and even on the wedding day Jessica mentioned she would arrive a bit late while her team handled the hairstyle and skin prep. However, when one of her teammates began the makeup, I asked why she was doing it instead of Jessica. That’s when I was informed—at the very last minute—that Jessica would not be coming at all, and her teammate would handle the makeup. I had no choice but to continue, but this sudden change completely spoiled my mood, which reflected on my face as well. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism. Jessica did not inform me in advance that she wouldn’t be available, and only sent an apology message two days later. While her teammate genuinely tried her best to satisfy me, the overall experience left me feeling let down on such an important day. The service was unprofessional, and the last-minute change without prior communication caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. I have all the proofs where I have clearly mentioned the time by which I need to get ready she was okay with that time and gave okay to me. All discussions happened well in advance. You can't put your mistakes in others'heads and put down other professionals. Accepting your fault and working on it is always better. I didn't receive any compliments for your team makeup as you were not present there so you never know what happened. I hope attached proofs were give clarity to you and others before booking done.
