I booked Jessica after seeing online reviews and the looks she gave me were really beautiful. However the experience of it all was stressful. For my reception, Jessica was really late. There was not enough time to even do my dupatta. Apart from that, a lot of finer things weren’t taken care of: 1. We decided and paid for airbrush makeup, but she didn’t do airbrush makeup. It was only later I realised that because being a bride there are a gazillion things on your mind already. 2. I wasn’t really given details of pre bridal stuff or the stuff I was supposed to carry for makeup (despite me telling multiple times, makeup is my not area at all, you have to spell out everything for me). And then there were complaints oh you don’t even have this. I was making people run around for small stuff or having to compromise. You don’t want all of this on your wedding day. 3. The lehenga dupatta was on the wrong side. 4. She forgot hair extensions. I specifically mentioned I wanted them for my reception. 5. I had gotten chickenpox 10 days before the wedding so there were marks on my body. They were visible right out on my tummy, these things should have been taken care of. All the photos have them. Finer details make all the difference between your parlour wali didi and makeup artist. I found them missing. 6. Other thing which I found was very insensitive was that because I was recovering from chickenpox, I had visible marks all over my face. So, I wasn’t comfortable doing the pre makeup and post makeup reels for her Instagram. I said this multiple times but she kept insisting and I had to do it. 7. When I shared my feedback with her, she is like oh many people were there in the room. I asked for nobody else to be in the room. But actually when people asked if you would do their hair or makeup. You agreed because you were getting paid extra. If this was hindering your job, you should have said no. You can’t have it both ways. You made extra money and then are saying oh I didn’t get favourable conditions to work. This is nonsense.
The makeup overall was decent for the day but for night, it wasn’t up to mark. And for the humungous amount I paid, definitely not worth it. I would say book her if you know the nitty gritties of make up so you know what's going wrong.

She said rest of the things will be done by her assistant. She didn't mention this during booking. I booked her for airbrush due to summer but makeup start to melt after 2 h only. She charged 20,000 for this disastrous makeup. Neither makeup was good nor hairdo. Very bad experience.

I am coming on this portal again and reviewing again just for two reasons. First, to let people know that don't trust someone easily for your bridal make-up on the basis of just reviews and secondly to let my heart and mind a little free by mentioning about the incident that happened with me. I already wrote a good feedback as I was asked to but to be honest I didn't want to write it. Also, it was my wedding day amd I didn't wantt to spoil my mood. Jessica sent her assistant and she was destined to do only hairs and draping but time goes on and on and after calling again amd again Jessica didn't come on time. When asked, she started telling about some situation which she encountered with previous client of hers. I actually felt insulted asi was nothing in front of her previous client.My whole makeup was done by her assistant and Jessica just came in 15 min prior just to apply lipstick and to give finishing touch. I want to let people take a piece of advice here. Please don't trust your MUA easily on basis of online reviews. Instead meet her personally and decide. It was covid time and I had no choice instead of booking online Without meeting face to face but now there is nothing like that So please verify everything before you hire someone for your special event.

Makeup is nice... but professionally not good. We booked her for two days engagement and wedding. 1. she told at the time of booking she will give complimentary make-up for my mother, she didn't gave that on any day.. 2. we booked airbrush and HD makeup, but at my day she did eye makeup and asked me to keep close my eyes , did some talk to her assistant and ask her not to put any product in airbrush. They just do airbrush without any product on that. 3.she doesn't let my photography to do photoshoot.. she was busy in making video for her instagram. She was only thing about her followers

Worst Experience ever...My biggest day got ruined. I selected the airbrush makeup but it was not even waterproof. One single drop of tear created a patch on face even before the ceremonies started. Everyone around me was shocked to see my face. You can only see the good part in before and after photos and nothing more than that. Till pheras started, makeup was even worsened. It turned black. And during vidai, even lashes came out just from a single tap of hanky. No matter how well you plan your things, one single mistake and everything gets over. Don't go for only reviews while selecting a makeup artist for yourself on your big day. I am not from Agra and I went for the reviews only but my trust has turned my D-day into something horrible. A experience which I wanted to cherish forever has turned into a nightmare. Attached is the pic of tissue paper. Dabbing only made it worsened and I didn't use the eye lashes for the first time that I don't know how to use it. It fell off on a tap of hanky.. Yes I went to see off your team but do ask them how much I pushed myself to that smile. Do ask your team, After completing hairstyle and draping,the first thing came out of my mouth was not wow,it was "Yaar mjhe confidence ni aara apne aap ko dkh kr, bache jaisa face lagra hai" and your team was like "aap cute lag rahe ho". For the first time in my life , I felt so low. But still because you left , I didn't have any option because there was no one to guide me that what exactly was not going with the vibe. My friends pushed me to smile during photoshoot. First hairstyle didn't go with my face so I showed them the hairstyle I wanted but they were in so much hurry that they didn't even pin the curls properly , i didn't want to look my hairs flat but after sometime whole hairstyle turned flat. I am not from Agra but many of my relatives which are from Agra know you and even they said that you did horribly wrong thing on my D-Day.
