I found Kajol via wedmegood almost 10 months prior to my original wedding date. I sent out queries to approx 9-10 mua’s on the same day and Kajol was one of the first artists’ to get back to me that very night!! All the other famous artists’ made me chase them for atleast about a week before they could even just look at their calendars and inform whether they were available for my date in the first place. This made me place my trust in her looking at how serious she was about getting new work even though shes very established and Im no one famous!! The second approval came through when i found that one of my childhood friend had trusted Kajol for her big day!! My decision was made but unfortunately covid hit and the wedding got pushed by 7 more months!! Kajol was very accommodating towards the whole scenario and she made herself available for my changed dates!! Although we had discussed all my looks over the phone, wedding day was when I actually met this lovely lady for the first time!! She was super punctual and arrived at the exact time she had committed. Her extremely professional work etiquette is a very rare quality which most artists’ lack. Not to mention she dolled me up in a way that when I stood in front of the mirror and saw myself, I was in awe!! She is extremely talented and gifted as an artist but the cherry on top is her professionalism! She takes her work very seriously!! So I started my vender hunt around 6 months before my wedding and what better place than WedMeGood to do that ?!? So this is where I came across Kajol's profile and I am really glad I did ! Every bride wants to look her best on her D-day !! Hence this whole vendor shopping can get pretty confusing ! I did go through the profiles of other vendors as well but when I saw Kajol's profile on instagram, I was pretty sure that she was the one that I would like to hire for my wedding ! I believe a good MUA is someone who can enhance your natural beauty and features and not make you look like a completely different person.That's exactly what Kajol and her team did ! I had booked Kajol and her team for my mother and myself for my sangeet and wedding . They did a spectacular job on both the days .The make up wasn't loud (which I was really worried about) and the hairstyles on both the days were amazing. I loved both my looks . Like every other bride-to-be , I also had a particular image in my head of how I would want to look on my wedding day and Kajol and her team made it happen !! I fell in love with Kajol’s makeup style the day I saw her work on Instagram and decided that I had to have her for my wedding! When I called her, I was more certain than ever that she was the one! She was so warm and welcoming! I went to her for a trial and was in love with Bhavna’s work. I liked the fact that she gave me a trial with Bhavna as she was going to come for my events. I planned all my looks with Kajol and her manager and they paid attention to every detail! Bhavna and her team arrived on time for my events at Lonavla. As they stayed at the property itself, they were in my room the minute I needed them! I loved all my looks and there’s nothing I would change in any of them! Recently, I had my sister's wedding and I was absolutely worried thinking about who to hire to do her makeup. But then, I came across Kajol's Instagram handle and really loved her body of work. I tried booking Kajol but due to her tight schedule and huge demand, she assigned her team to do the job. Initially, I was apprehensive since I wanted Kajol to personally do her makeup. But boy oh boy was I wrong! The make-up done by her team was so good that I was stunned. And that too at reasonable prices! From the hairdresser to the makeup artist, all of them were highly trained and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. The hairdresser was extremely skilful and took special care of my sister's hair since she had issues of split ends and dandruff. The level of hygiene in her way of working especially during these times was commendable. The lady who did my sister's make-up was also very good. The eye makeup done by her was absolutely stunning. I could clearly see that they were using high-end expensive products cause the next day my sister's skin didn't break out which happens to her quite a lot even when she puts a normal foundation on. The entire experience was delightful and completely worth the spend. If you can't get Kajol to do your makeup and are rather assigned to her team, trust me you are in good hands. Every one of her team members is extremely sweet and cooperative and also followed up with me the next day to ask how we liked the makeup session. I'll always be grateful to Kajol and her team for making my sister look her best on her wedding day.

So, recently it was my daughter's engagement ceremony. We had a lot of things going on at home. From preparing the guest list to deciding the venue location and food menu, everyone was super busy.
