Pathetic service. Didn't turn up on time on wedding day. Because of them the entire plans got postponed. Can never be trusted

I have already taken services from you. You failed to turn up at the wedding venue on time and were 3 hours late! And that too you very well knew this was a damn bridal makeup. My whole wedding was a blunder because of you. You kept lying to me that you were on your way and still took full payment despite being so late because you took advance! And while you were late 3 hours, I asked that I have made other arrangements in a nearby salon, you refused to pay back even my advance! My complete wedding was a total DISASTER and everything had to be done in a rush only because YOU WANTED TO MAKE MORE MONEY. I know you must be having more appointments and multibooked for the day. THEY ARE CHEATERS! DO NOT EVER, I REPEAT, EVERR TAKE SERVICES FROM THESE LIARS AND SCAMSTERS. Moreover make was also not done by the professional, it was done by a mere student ON MY WEDDING DAY!

My wife got ready from there and she was looking beautiful, she was happy with the quality of service she received from the salon. She was complimenting the staff for the work they did on her.

I had booked MAC for make up services for my wedding on 9/9. I liked their make up and were punctual. After my initial bridal makeup I had booked them for saree draping for reception. They quoted 7500 just for saree draping and touch up which is expensive. I agreed on the price when they said this was for full day booking. I asked them to arrive at 6 pm. The events ran late and they kept complaining about how late we were. They overcharged me Rs 2000 later for waiting 1.5 hrs when we had agreed that the payment was for a full day booking. Marriage events are sometimes unpredictable and their complaints ruined the experience for me. I would not recommend.
