The makeup was good. But the experience was worst. the team turned up at the venue 4 hrs late due to which the entire wedding was postponed. and they were not giving apt response. They also treated the family very bad and spoke like uneducated people. Will never recommend them.

The makeup service was great and delivered as promised. I was pleased, and the bridesmaids were also happy with their makeup. The team was very patient and handled everything calmly, even in stressful moments. I definitely recommend their services.

I had booked MAC for make up services for my wedding on 9/9. I liked their make up and were punctual. After my initial bridal makeup I had booked them for saree draping for reception. They quoted 7500 just for saree draping and touch up which is expensive. I agreed on the price when they said this was for full day booking. I asked them to arrive at 6 pm. The events ran late and they kept complaining about how late we were. They overcharged me Rs 2000 later for waiting 1.5 hrs when we had agreed that the payment was for a full day booking. Marriage events are sometimes unpredictable and their complaints ruined the experience for me. I would not recommend.

I had a mixed experience with mac unisex salon ,here I would like to mention the name of Shraddha my make up artist and Asif my hair stylist they both did fabulous job and I loved the make up ,hair style both ,they were very supportive and cooperative and did their job as per my expectation ,but other thing that made me upset during all my services was behaviour of the owner mani -she was very kind ,sweet ,and supportive at the time of booking but not afterwards. I faced many challenges because of her term and conditions which she kept later. I was so stressed due to all chaos that happen 10- 15 days before wedding.Here I’m giving rating of 4 star for Shraddha and Asif only ..for their quality work ,and all what is lacking ,all flaws which I mentioned above you need to work on that and try to improve it.

Words would not be enough to describe the horrible experience I had with these cheaters. I booked them online for a make up worth rupees 18 thousand and 2 thousand as transportation fees. so the bill was 20k. I had the whole deal done after having many conversations on phone with a woman named mani tomar. she definitely was really nice at talking which tricked me into trusting them fully. I had made an advance payment and just before two days she calls me up and says ma'am we will need to increase the fees for travelling otherwise you can cancel the booking. She knew very well it may stress me out and I thus had to agree since I couldn't risk my sister's bridal makeup at the last moment. she then finalised the deal for 21k. Highly unprofessional and threatening. On the wedding day, we reached the venue 15 mins after them at around 3.30 pm. this woman Mani told me she will be there with her team. At the venue I Met this woman named ritu tomar, who I never talked to and on top of that, was extremely rude and disrespectful right from the start. we had just reached and we were trying to settle down for 10 mins. She stood on our heads and her entire body language while she was commanding us to hurry up. She was literally scanning us and judging us. I tolerated her for 5 mins and I literally had to tell her in face that I seriously don't like the way you are behaving. she was trying to create an atmosphere of panick. when the fact was we had time and there was make up of only bride and a complementary makeup for the mother which is a whole another story. This woman got so offended, she took this so personally that she started actually showing what bluffmasters they were. A third class make up for rupees 18 thousand. when I was seeing that it was really not the quality of makeup I was promised. she and her husband started giving us lessons on makeup. Stupids. both of them. I asked their team I don't want to see her around but she shamelessly roamed over our heads. Not just that, on complaining repeatedly that we didn't like the makeup fix this this whole chaos turned into an unpleasant fight when this woman ritu tomar said "aapko makeup acha nahi laga? remove karu? i told her to be in your limits and shut up and she replied me 'you shut up'. In my entire life I never had such an experience. I called this woman mani and I already knew that she already had calls with her sister ritu but she was pretending unaware. This all happened while the bharat was standing on the entrance. and she kept pretending on a call that they had to go for another bride's makeup. and she passed on a dialogue to my mother that 'jaise aapki beti ki shaadi hai aaj waise hi kisi or ki beti bhi intezaar kar rahi hai'. Can you believe this was happening at 8 pm. Which bride was waiting for these monkeys. and moreover they made us feel as if they did the make up for charity. only god knows how much I could have given her a lesson by kicking and her useless team out but due the situation I had to tolerate this highly unprofessional and illiterate team. I literally cried that day. and yes the complementary make up they did, was far from make up but a joke. I seriously didn't want to spoil my mood anyfurther and wanted them to leave ASAP. I gave them remaining 15k through UPI but somehow it didn't show the payment. so gave them in cash. and the next drama started when my UPI payment also was made to them. so they had my money she said she will return me after cutting down the extra cost of travelling. Next day we literally had to tell them we ll goto police. and then she somehow returned my money. so atlast I paid her 20 thousand for a down grade service, disrespect, humiliation and the mood and time these people spoiled that too on my sister's wedding. if you guys are robbing innocent people like this. let me tell you one day this whole thing will go down the drain. and you will regret doing this disservice and humiliation. you hurt someone's soul it will come back to you. dont worry. if anyone is thinking to book her. you better do your makeup yourself. that will save you a lot things. Trust me. I have a lot to say and inform but finally writing this review to help people not get trapped. Don't get bluffed. I also wanted to upload a video of that woman threatening us makeup remove karu! if they had the option.

My Sangeet makeup was ghost like. The same for my mother and husband. They messed up my whole event like anything. I can just not use any photograph from my Sangeet event and they still charged me completely for the whole thing arguing that they gave a better quality make-up the next day. I looked tooooo bad on my Sangeet day. I will never recommend these guys again. Please comment below and I'll share my ghost like photographs with you if you wish to see. It will only help you take a better decision. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM. This is my second review here about MAC because I could not reply to Mani or edit my review. I did not receive any discount as she has mentioned. She does not give any discount to anyone she just comments here because people can not easily edit their comments here. The senior artist that had come for my makeup on both the days had such a bad attitude. The hair stylist was better than her but after 2 months, when I am looking at my sangeet photographs, I can only regret and not share those photos with anyone because of how horrible they are. They do not properly explain (specially the senior makeup artist) to you which makeup you should go for. Repeating again, I GOT NO DISCOUNT. Instead, Mani created a fuss just before I was going for to the mandap because we demanded discount. Full amount was paid to her. Some people here might be sharing their good experiences with them but honestly, I will never ever let anyone I know take a chance with them. Absolutely terrible service. Also, the way my shaadi lehenga was draped, it looked weird from the back. I could not see it and because I was in a rush I could not even check it from the back. The lady tore it and just brought it all together with a safety pin. It looked so bad in photos. I had a conversation with Mac Unisex Salon and team does not know how to talk to customers and solve queries. Wedding day is special for every girl and with existing stress any ungrateful gesture coming from makeup salon is unacceptable. I am highly disappointed and do not recommend for anyone to spoil their wedding journey.
