3 stars are solely based on ingenuity of outfits and Manish Malhotra face value . By that I literally mean I like his face and the kind eyes . These are the reasons I sometimes shop his brand . The actual store experience has always been very poor . The South Mumbai store welcome by two toxic women was so poor last year that instead of shopping I left and went to other nice designers and shopped a handful. MM Dubai mall store has similar issues . Indian staff not well trained or warm but some other staff like Khadija are even worse . She was watching reels sitting on sofas meant for clients while I waited for over 5 mins to attended today . I had to go back and ask the security at door if there is a staff on duty as the counter was vacant then he gestured towards this lady. As I stood there waiting to collect my outfits she fumbled for over 10 mins confused liaising between back office and system . Then she got annoyed at me for waiting ( completely quietly!) so she told me go sit on sofas , as I sat there she called me back to counter to make the payment . I asked her if the wireless machine can be brought to sofas she said no you have to come here . When I went back to counter , instead of taking payment and handing me the bag , she started a new struggle with her software system for next 10 minutes while being unfriendly and asking strange questions like what name to be put on bill when I have just paid using my card at their card machine ! Very very poorly trained staff all over I must say . The tailor is the only one who smiled at me who has taken my measurements last month .
