CHEAP QUALITY, FULL OF ERRORS, WASTE OF TIME & MONEY We hired this company to make our wedding invitations and honestly, it turned into one of the most frustrating experiences ever. What should have been fun and exciting became this long, stressful mess that honestly felt unnecessary. I had made an extremely detailed PDF for them. Mood board, exact colors, fonts, layout ideas, even explanations of what needed changing because they kept getting really basic things wrong. At one point they even messed up the dates. And still, they just could not follow the simplest instructions. Half the time it felt like someone totally inexperienced was handling our designs. Communication was painfully bad. I kept asking if we could just get on a call so things would be clearer. Nothing. When I finally spoke to the owner, instead of accepting mistakes, she blamed “device differences” for why the color was totally off. They sent dark pink when we had clearly asked for a deep red. Then she sent a “screenshot” to prove it was red all along… except she forgot to change one pink element, so it was obvious she had just edited it after I complained. And still no acknowledgment. Another annoying thing: they kept referring back to their “agreement” every time we asked for something, like it was our fault. But conveniently, that same agreement never mentioned that they would not print anything on the lower back side of the envelope. We only found that out later, when it was too late to change anything. And the envelopes themselves were thin and cheap-looking. Definitely not the quality you’d expect for what they charged. Speaking of charges, they ended up billing us almost double what was originally quoted. The quality was below average, the process dragged on way longer than promised, and they delayed delivery by more than 10 days. Because everything got pushed back, we actually had to print another batch of invitations elsewhere so we could still send them out on time. Overall, it was a complete waste of time, money, and energy at a point in life when you really do not want extra stress. Unprofessional, misleading, and honestly just not worth it. If anyone is considering using them, I’d genuinely say think twice.

Wedding cards. We thank mostly handmade for fulfilling our little dreams of creating an aesthetic yet an intimate card for us. That too doing the complete thing without meeting once and us being far away in Kolkata. Thank you again, from the bottom of our heart.
