However, they have limited standard templates and you have to select amongst them, which restricts your options. But even then, the cards looks elegant and clean. I came across Mostly Handmade on Instagram and scrolled through several other wedding invitation vendors but their designs just caught my attention in the first glimpse. Living abroad it is always tricky planning a wedding but having the invite you desire is one of the most important things in your wedding. Well, with Mostly Handmade I had to worry about nothing! We decided to go for E-Invites considering the restrictions on number of guests and also because me and my partner are avid users of digital alternatives when it comes to such things. I must say the delivery was so quick and all our wishes were taken into account patiently. Within 4 days we managed to get our wedding card-not to forget we already experienced delay of around a month in receiving our cards from our previous known vendor, after which we were fed up and came to Mostly Handmade. Horrible service ! If you want to get stressed just before your wedding , do get their service . I never write bad reviews because I feel it is subjective but this team is the most unprofessional and lazy ones I have ever come across . They don’t give you updates until you ask for it and the team doesn’t care enough to approach and find a solution if godforgiven their is any. Even after complaining about not getting updates and grievance mail, nothing was done about it. Absolutely nothing. No reply mail received. Everyone does mistakes but the bigger mistake is not wanting to make the change , I think this company is the perfect example for this . I don’t want to take the names but I guess the lady attended us had been nothing but unprofessional . This is from a very disappointed customer . Please listen , process and react !

I was super disappointed with my invitations. They sell you on the design on their website, but then, they tell you later that all the details that made the invitation special - are no longer available. They seem to blame it all on covid, but then they should mention that on their website. Further, the quality was crap. I paid extra for wax seals that came broken and unglued. There were marks all along the envelopes. For the price they charge, I was expecting better quality. I gave them this feedback and got only “I’ll let them know”. No discount, no refund. Pretty crappy service. If you’re a bride who likes high quality stuff, Look elsewhere.

Admittedly, I did initially have my reservations about placing an order with a company based in india whilst I am resident in the UK. Having chosen the design I wanted from a large range of absolutely stunning, unique invites, I sent over the design and the text I wanted. The following morning I was sent a proof. We booked the wedding card vendor from wedmegood and it was 'mostly handmade' . It was a very fine experience doing business with them and the design of the cards were very good as well. Even i found their price very reasonable.

We designed my sister’s wedding card on seed paper through Mostly Handmade. We live overseas and thought it would be quite an effort but the team at Mostly Handmade made it pretty easy for us with most comms via whatsapp and just working with on every step of the way till we got the cards exactly how we wanted it. Mostly-handmade crew has been very supportive since day one,they even dealt time difference and were available to discuss any queries I had. Colors on the card were amazing. I am from Mumbai and I reached out to Mostly Handmade to inquire about last minute wedding cards. Narmada answered back immediately and she was really kind and patient in answering all my questions. She gave me all the required costings with multiple options. She also quickly understood my requirements and was great at follow up. Some wedding card designers (especially in Mumbai) charge a significant amount for design and usually lack some basic EQ or client services ethics.
