At times, we felt that some of our inputs were not fully considered. We completely respect the team’s experience, but as clients, what we share often comes with a personal context or meaning. From my own professional perspective, feedback is not about questioning expertise, but about improving the experience. This is shared in that spirit, nothing personal, just a genuine intent to make an already great experience even better. During certain moments at the events, we felt there was a lack of on-ground presence. For example, during the wedding dinner, there was some chaos that could have been handled more proactively. We noticed the team was often seated in a corner. While we understand the intention not to interrupt, being more visible and actively monitoring would help. There were moments when guests had to look for the team to resolve issues. Ideally, this should be handled proactively, especially in an intimate wedding where the focus is on enjoying time with guests. We also wanted to highlight a few vendor-related points. While we understand the budget constraints, India still offers many options across price ranges. The baraat experience was not great, and honestly, we would suggest reconsidering such vendors. Since you deliver such a high standard overall, working with vendors who do not match that level can impact your image. This is shared only because we truly value your work and would love to see consistency across every part of the wedding. Similarly, with the caterers, we noticed that the food during the event did not fully match the standard of what was presented during the tasting. Since most clients make their final decisions based on tastings, especially those travelling from overseas like us, it becomes quite important that the same quality and experience are maintained during the actual event. For many, that one visit is the only chance to make key decisions, so consistency here really matters. ________________________________ ✨Final Thoughts Overall, we had the best wedding we could have asked for, and we are genuinely grateful to the entire team for making it so special. We being a Kannadiga,my son's wedding was a Kannadiga- Gujarati wedding. Luckily we came to know about Phool & Pheras. From the engagement to wedding they handled it in a very appealing & professional manner. Every week end they'll discuss with us all the minute details and execute according to our wish and likes. Calvin and Dennis and the team helped us a lot,till the late packups. Both side parents were so happy and didn't take any stress and the function went on very well. Their meticulous work is really commendable. Decor was awesome. Previous night the full team didn't sleep and finished all the needs. Suddenly we requested for flowers and they went to the city market by 3 Am and got the flowers. Thanks to the team. I strongly recommend them.
