The haldi setup was bright and cheerful, full of flowers and traditional touches, it felt so warm and personal. The sangeet evening was full of energy and fun, with lovely lighting, a great stage setup, and perfect coordination. All of us could enjoy the celebration without worrying about anything, thanks to the team’s smooth handling. The muhurtham ceremony was late at night but that was not a hinderance, the atmosphere was calm and spiritual. Phool and Pheras made sure the decor was elegant and traditional, with every small detail taken care of. From guest management to timing and rituals, everything was done with so much care and respect. Bougainvil’La was already a beautiful venue, but their creativity and planning made the wedding truly memorable. They really understood what we wanted and never overloaded us with too many options. It felt curated, not chaotic. Calvin, Dennis and the execution team made sure everything actually ran the way it was supposed to. From early morning setups to late-night pack-ups, they were on their feet, making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Honestly, the reason we got to fully enjoy our wedding was because they had it covered. Though we were late to many events, they made sure they were always setup on time. I don’t think they ever slept for the 2 days.
