I regret to say that our experience with Radiance Event Planner Company was far from what we expected. From the very beginning, there was a lack of clear communication. On the day of the wedding, things went from bad to worse. Several key elements that we had discussed and agreed upon were either missing or poorly executed. The timeline was completely off, causing unnecessary stress and confusion for us and our guests. The decor was not set up as planned, and some of the vendors they recommended were unprepared. Mandap was not setup as planned till the last moment. What’s even more frustrating is that they seemed to blame everyone but themselves for the issues that arose. There was no sense of accountability, and their attitude was dismissive when we tried to address our concerns after the event. For the amount of money we paid, we expected a seamless and memorable experience. Instead, we were left feeling disappointed and let down. I would not recommend Radiance to anyone looking for a reliable and Professional Wedding Planner.

Radiance Events is a false advertising company. They are cheats and just downright horrible people. They show pictures from Pinterest that is not theirs and say we can deliver this exactly. I had the misfortune of encountering them, and I hope I can help people not the same experience I had. Ishita from the company contacted me when I had put in an enquiry through their Instagram Page for my ENGAGMENT. Post that I met Ishita and Ishan Chaturvedi(the owner). They are were sweet and cordial till they wanted to collect the money and get the job. But as the event got closer, they stopped responding to me. Ishita completely started to ignore my calls and messages. Then, 5 days before the event Ishan Chaturvedi came over to discuss and collect more money from us and then went silent again. I kept asking for information, and the response was always we are in an event, will respond by the night. It became frustrating. Their graphic designer is so bad that we had to design the welcome board ourselves (this is one night before the event). While collecting money they are good and responsible, while the delivery is downright horrible. One day prior to the event Ishan Chaturvedi, Sakshi and A new girl showed up to the house. Sakshi is a horrible and disrespectful girl. She has no shame. After taking money they were behaving as if we owe them something but could not deliver on their promises. Ishan Chaturvedi has no integrity and is the worst type of person there can be. Later on we get the know that this new girl (who I am not going to name, as she actually helped us), was not associated with Radiance Events, and they went to her for help as they could not fulfill their commitment. I had booked them 3 months in advance. After collecting money how can they say one day prior to the event they can’t fulfill their commitment. I would like to remind you again that Ishan Chaturvedi came 5 days prior to collect more money from us, which we gave him. They didn’t deliver even 50% of what was promised and had the audacity to ask for more money from my father as my event was going on. What was promised is not equal to what was delivered. My father asked that guy to call Ishan Chaturvedi that we will settle the bill, in person. If he owes us money he will give it. But of course, no response to that and then his men ran away from the event location. The best part is in the end, Ishita had the audacity to text me – “ kaise ho? Ho gaya apka event ache see?” Please beware of these people and please save yourself from the trouble of engaging with them. They are the worst kind of people I have ever met, and I hope they get what is coming to them.

A recent encounter with this group was terrible. Their work quality was poor, and they completely disregarded the customer's needs. Beware of what they deliver; there's no accountability, just a focus on money.

Very bad service.. all the promises made by Sakshi and Ishan Awasthi get shattered at the the event day. Unprofessional behavior and lack of Co-ordination among team members.at the day of event both was absent although they have committed at least one of them will be present.(Sakshi and Ishan).They always gives false excuses. Radiance team members named Nishi Srivastava and Ishan raza makes our life time memory worse and and they also threaten you that remove your mandap before marriage if you will not give them good review video too. stage was too bad all the flowers used are artificial and mandap was changed what we selected too cheap quality materials used. after the mariage we came to knew that they hire another event planner called for our wedding.
