I have not seen poor production and client handling from rare production till now, he and his team are very rude people, they behave rudely with the clients, as if they are doing a favor to us... maybe they have forgotten that they have become very famous because of us. Ghatiya log and ghatiya team please koi yaha apne paise na fasaye ye log data bhi nahi dete

Guys be aware they are just liers, Rare Productions is very cheap product, I encountered unprofessional and dismissive behaviour and horrendous experience. I had high hopes based on their portfolio and marketing, but the reality fell far short. I would strongly encourage potential clients to clarify all expectations in writing before booking or consider exploring other photographers who demonstrate greater professionalism and respect for their clients.

I have never saw this kind of unprofessional behaviour which RARE production show they first booked my shoot and confirm me same on WhatsApp this date and this price is fixed as i included bridal makeup but I don't how the team is working on the client management they are dealing on WhatsApp only and after reaching to venue which is 45km far from my place they asked me to blinkit the makeup kit as they did not bring makeup artist which they confirmed me on whatsapp 40 days back and I called and confirmed my shoot 1 day prior to shoot about my package and the staff confirmed same and next day first they said you don't have confirmed Booking for today when I show my there whatsapp confirmation they asked me to take another date or order some makeup from blinkit and one of the person from them coming like a uneducated sense and start shouting" chal nikle jo krna hae Krle " I don't know did he get a chance to get full education or basic manners to talk then it's not a possible for me to come again 45km so I asked politely for refund they denied me and all of them start shouting "nikl lo dono yha se vrna kha jaoge ek phone mae pta nhi chalega" I recommend do not trust them because the commt something and do something once you reach venue I know they offer tempting price to get you in bucket but pls dont risk you life and reputation

Beware of Fraud – Do Not Trust Himalaya and Rare Production Team He is a fraud. They take advance payments but do not deliver any material. They have no manners while speaking and completely lack professionalism. Once they take your money, they neither return it nor provide any videos/album as promised We gave him an advance payment of ₹36,000, and he completely cheated us. If you are reading this review, please do not make the mistake of giving any advance to Himalaya or his Rare Production team. At the time of taking the money, they will speak to you very politely and professionally, but after receiving the payment, their behavior changes completely. They do substandard work, and if you question them, they will neither refund your money nor deliver any of the promised materials like videos, photos, or albums. We had booked a full wedding package from Himalaya and his team, but he cheated us before 10 days of our wedding. Please be cautious and avoid dealing with them.

Cons: 1. Not at all professional 2. They will provide you the sample which you will never love. 3. They want you to sit with them only then they will make changes. 4. Paid extra amount for my closed ones pics which they commit they will not charge extra. ( want to give 1 star for this, money is not everything. At least stick to your commitments ) 5. Behaviour ( Himalya ji ) during booking time was different and post shoot was different as they got money. Pros: 1. Team is cooperative ( only reason I’m giving 2 star). 2. Deliverable was bit satisfactory ( I sit on google meets for more than 2 hours) not on time. Almost after a month after catching them again and again. 3. Deal was 35k including all props, travelling, food, hotel at Rishikesh. Tips: Never pay more than 30-40% before delivery advance to them otherwise they will not care about you.

They don't even know how to talk and behave with the customers.Will take advance and will not complete your photoshoot.Rude behaviour,low class attitude,harsh language after getting payment noone takes responsibility.

I happened to contact RareProduction in my endeavour to gift a PRE-WEDDING SHOOT to my best friend as a memory for her big day. And to my surprise, it was the best decision to invest my money in. I am extremely delighted and thrilled to receive such fabulous work of photography and client relations. We completely loved the work and we sure have some beautiful memories to store now. Thanks to Mr. Himalaya for instant support during some unwanted misunderstandings and my big thanks to the team for covering this work on such an immediate basis. I am looking forward to stay associated with their work. And my decision to make Rare Production be my wedding filmers shall never change. I shall wait for that one good day to lock it all. Much thanks to Mr. Himalaya Pall I want to personally appreciate you for your skills in maintaining client relations. I'm absolutely appalled by the horrendous experience endured at the hands of this unprofessional, arrogant, and utterly incompetent photography company. The audacity of Himalya, Chetan, and their investor to demand advance payments and then proceed to disregard our needs and concerns is simply outrageous. They made us feel like we were a burden rather than valued customers. Her comments about our advance payment being "very small" were insensitive and insulting, as if our hard-earned money was not worth their time and effort. Their blatant disregard for the wedding preparations, coupled with their dismissive and downright rude behavior, is inexcusable. The fact that they wasted our precious time and left us scrambling for a photographer just a month and ten days before the wedding is a testament to their utter lack of professionalism and respect for their clients. Their refusal to assist with our questions and suggestions further highlights their arrogance and disinterest in providing quality service. Her refusal to pay the advance money that I had paid her is horrendous. The audacity to suggest that I would not be paid back is simply unacceptable. I had entrusted them with my hard-earned money, and they had the audacity to suggest that I would not see it again. This is a clear indication of their fraudulent intent and their lack of regard for their clients' well-being. This company's entire operation is a sham, and I hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent others from falling prey to their deceptive practices. They have no place in the photography industry, and their behavior should not be tolerated.

Rare Production ,Thank you for the amazing memories that you have created via your shoot, highly appreciate your creative skillset. The photos are amazing specially the candid ones and the colors are just perfect. You did a spectacular job in capturing all the emotions of the day. We loved the pre wed shoot, the same day teaser. However, improvements can always be done in terms of communication. A special mention to Akanksha for being the best go-to person.
