Beware of Fraud – Do Not Trust Himalaya and Rare Production Team He is a fraud. They take advance payments but do not deliver any material. They have no manners while speaking and completely lack professionalism. Once they take your money, they neither return it nor provide any videos/album as promised We gave him an advance payment of ₹36,000, and he completely cheated us. If you are reading this review, please do not make the mistake of giving any advance to Himalaya or his Rare Production team. At the time of taking the money, they will speak to you very politely and professionally, but after receiving the payment, their behavior changes completely. They do substandard work, and if you question them, they will neither refund your money nor deliver any of the promised materials like videos, photos, or albums. We had booked a full wedding package from Himalaya and his team, but he cheated us before 10 days of our wedding. Please be cautious and avoid dealing with them.

Cons: 1. Not at all professional 2. They will provide you the sample which you will never love. 3. They want you to sit with them only then they will make changes. 4. Paid extra amount for my closed ones pics which they commit they will not charge extra. ( want to give 1 star for this, money is not everything. At least stick to your commitments ) 5. Behaviour ( Himalya ji ) during booking time was different and post shoot was different as they got money. Pros: 1. Team is cooperative ( only reason I’m giving 2 star). 2. Deliverable was bit satisfactory ( I sit on google meets for more than 2 hours) not on time. Almost after a month after catching them again and again. 3. Deal was 35k including all props, travelling, food, hotel at Rishikesh. Tips: Never pay more than 30-40% before delivery advance to them otherwise they will not care about you.

They don't even know how to talk and behave with the customers.Will take advance and will not complete your photoshoot.Rude behaviour,low class attitude,harsh language after getting payment noone takes responsibility.

I happened to contact RareProduction in my endeavour to gift a PRE-WEDDING SHOOT to my best friend as a memory for her big day. And to my surprise, it was the best decision to invest my money in. I am extremely delighted and thrilled to receive such fabulous work of photography and client relations. We completely loved the work and we sure have some beautiful memories to store now. Thanks to Mr. Himalaya for instant support during some unwanted misunderstandings and my big thanks to the team for covering this work on such an immediate basis. I am looking forward to stay associated with their work. And my decision to make Rare Production be my wedding filmers shall never change. I shall wait for that one good day to lock it all. I'm absolutely appalled by the horrendous experience endured at the hands of this unprofessional, arrogant, and utterly incompetent photography company. The audacity of Himalya, Chetan, and their investor to demand advance payments and then proceed to disregard our needs and concerns is simply outrageous. They made us feel like we were a burden rather than valued customers. Her comments about our advance payment being "very small" were insensitive and insulting, as if our hard-earned money was not worth their time and effort. Their blatant disregard for the wedding preparations, coupled with their dismissive and downright rude behavior, is inexcusable. The fact that they wasted our precious time and left us scrambling for a photographer just a month and ten days before the wedding is a testament to their utter lack of professionalism and respect for their clients. Their refusal to assist with our questions and suggestions further highlights their arrogance and disinterest in providing quality service. Her refusal to pay the advance money that I had paid her is horrendous. The audacity to suggest that I would not be paid back is simply unacceptable. I had entrusted them with my hard-earned money, and they had the audacity to suggest that I would not see it again. This is a clear indication of their fraudulent intent and their lack of regard for their clients' well-being. This company's entire operation is a sham, and I hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent others from falling prey to their deceptive practices. They have no place in the photography industry, and their behavior should not be tolerated.

Rare Production ,Thank you for the amazing memories that you have created via your shoot, highly appreciate your creative skillset. The photos are amazing specially the candid ones and the colors are just perfect. You did a spectacular job in capturing all the emotions of the day. We loved the pre wed shoot, the same day teaser. However, improvements can always be done in terms of communication. A special mention to Akanksha for being the best go-to person.

Got my wedding & pre-wedding done in November/October. All I wanna say is be aware before you invest your time, efforts & money. I got my stuff after 6 months of time. You will get to hear different reasons not to be on time. Also, please get everything written if at all you still feel like hiring them. In the span on 6 months the company split, offices shifted, 4 editors left the job, cameramen left the job, tele caller left the job so everytime you call them, you get to hear a new voice. I had to visit them personally twice to get my work done, sitting on their heads. Kartik is no doubt is a helping guy. Be ready for fake promises & disappointments. Their internal issues will make you regret things. They hardly have inhouse team. They hire freelancers & get the shooting done. I got all the proves so if you are in doubt, u may contact me. The result was 7/10 after calling & yelling over the phone 10 times. Wedding happens just once in life, try to enjoy it guys. As the name suggests, yes its rare to find such photography studio. Hi Yeah I too Know one of my friend who planned their wedding with rareproduction and my friend saying these people are fake and unprofessional .I agree with you man .they don’t know how to treat their customer also they delivery of content got delayed for more than one month in most of the cases

Today I am gonna give the actual feedback with screenshot to everyone so that you would be capable enough to decided which one to choose for your special day One month back one of the executive from RareProduction connected with me and ask me to choose them as they provide best service and they provide same day delivery of video which is a kind of new concept for them . So on Saturday 5th March we planned to execute the shoot We reach their by 12:30 although time mentioned was 11 At 1 our shoot started it went well in starting then at around 3 I asked them to shoot for gaun and they denied by saying k wo evening me krte hai and I couldn’t identify the logic behind it . Further battery got discharged for our cameramen and we had to wait until other shoot is finished so that our cameramen could use others camera . So the remaining shoot started at 7:30 approx with dark all around and they shooted for shentorni for almost 1 hour and at the we got to know battery is not working so the whole shetorni shoot goes in vain and none of my picture looks cool in suit and gawn . After shoot they have shared pictures and most the picture was missing which they shared after multiple follow up And you are not believed after receiving my picture I would definitely say don’t opt for such unprofessional person ever in your life They are unprofessional unethical and illogical person I have ever met They just devastated our whole pre wedding shoot . They have shared me pics of 800 kb can you believed pictures click with digi cam could have 800 kb size .I know they might have missed the actual image and further tried to hide it by getting screen shot from video . Ab 1 month ho gye and still we are struggling to get my videos Today I got call and they are saying k jo remaining money hai wo transfer kre usk baad wo mujhe video bhejenge So mene unhe bola photo mujhe sahi ni lage and video tum fir dikha ni rhe and me bache huye paisai de dun tu wo v to waste hin honge Mene unhe bola aap video dikhao agar sahi lagega tabhi paisai transfer krunga But jise khud pe bharosha hota hai wahi to sachcha kaam krta hia and usk according output se rewarded hita hai I know my prewedding is wasted because of such lier and I don’t want you to waste your time and money on them .Thanks .let me know if you need Mesage and pics for proof I will share with you .
