Spectacular set-ups, not an inch varying less from what’s promised. They work on this super cool checklist concept where nothing is left behind, and these events take so much dedication to make sure all go well, they did it all and so much more. Very compassionate and creative when it comes to adding numerous touch points. Something that fares well is the supporting team that they have, the photographers, so much fun and left no stone unturned. It was a very good experience working with Shilpa. Shilpa and Dixon at Sans who run the show almost showed up like family for my event! From day 1 till the very last person left the hotel both of them were coordinating and making sure everyone was comfortable. I did not feel like I did this event at such a scale because everything was handled by them. The thing I appreciate most is how they responded to every message and every call within minutes inspite of having multiple events going on. To top all of that off, the stage and decor that they did for me superseded my expectations. Some of the things I had asked for and then cancelled, they added it back as complimentary. That was extremely kind of them and shows how they value their customers. I wish nothing but the best for them, if anyone asks me about Sans I would only have the most glowing reviews, and not a single shortcoming.
