Shilpa and Dixon at Sans who run the show almost showed up like family for my event! From day 1 till the very last person left the hotel both of them were coordinating and making sure everyone was comfortable. I did not feel like I did this event at such a scale because everything was handled by them. The thing I appreciate most is how they responded to every message and every call within minutes inspite of having multiple events going on. To top all of that off, the stage and decor that they did for me superseded my expectations. Some of the things I had asked for and then cancelled, they added it back as complimentary. That was extremely kind of them and shows how they value their customers. We hired Sans to help coordinate our wedding from start to finish, and could not have asked for anything more. They organised everything from meetings with suppliers, down to negotiating prices, and arranging everything on the day. We never doubted for a second that everything would run smoothly, and true to form they executed the day to perfection. They did an excellent job of taking control of the various suppliers and performers we had coming throughout the day; and all agreed that the transition from day to night was seamless.
