Planning a destination wedding in Goa while living in Sydney seemed daunting, but from the very first phone call, Clarence’s proactive and organized approach put Neha and me at ease. They managed to pull everything together in a record 45 days, handling every logistical detail so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We had a wonderful experience working with The Perfect Knot. Right from the beginning, we felt valued. Sahil helped us understand the process and the things we should keep in mind while planning our wedding. He was always accessible and shared information even when we had not hired them. Saumita was very cooperative right from the get go taking calls late at night for her as we were based across 3 different continents and time zones . We truly admired her patience as we had multiple iterations of our wedding plan but she always incorporated all changes and gave us candid inputs. The artists we hired based on TPKs recommendations like Pandit , DJ , photographer were all excellent and easy to work with . The entire team kept us honest on timelines. We were absolutely pleased with the wedding decor and it was exactly what we had envisioned. The wedding mandap was absolutely fantastic. They managed the flow and events well. As with any big event, there were some last minute changes and ups and downs but we understand that as it was nothing that interfered with the overall flow of the events . They made the overall process easy for us and delivered on a wonderful wedding.

That said, the only area where we experienced some hiccups was in internal coordination when changes were requested. It seemed like updates weren’t always effectively communicated among team members. Thankfully, everything worked out in the end, but improved internal communication would make their service truly flawless. Overall, The Perfect Knot delivered an unforgettable wedding experience.
