We recently worked with The Perfect Knot for our wedding events. Thank you to Clarence, Shubham, Saumita, Zankhana and the team that assisted with the events on the day. We were very impressed with their decor execution, particularly for the Mehendi and Wedding ceremonies. The Mehendi's goti soda cart, gifting table, mirror, and couple's seating were fantastic. The hard stage was a great decision! The Sangeet entrance decor was lovely, and the Reception's chandeliers and candle wall added elegance. The Phera decor was a dream – the entrance, pathway, and Mandap were stunning and our favourite. Clarence also perfectly coordinated our DJs. However, the Reception's table centrepieces and runners felt basic, and the lighting was harsh, impacting photos and ambience. The seating chart placement was inconvenient. Music during the Pheras was poorly managed, first too loud and then missing entrance cues for the bride and varmala. The welcome board design process was tedious, requiring significant input from us. The sparkler mishap was disappointing due to coordination and dampness issues. Our main feedback is regarding communication and preparation. While the team was calm, responses were often slow, and finalising details took longer than expected, causing us stress. We felt more proactive communication and earlier finalisation of details would have improved our experience. Overall, Clarence and his team at The Perfect Knot excel at creating beautiful decor, which our guests loved. We recommend them for their design skills, day of logistics, and relaxed attitude but advise future couples to maintain open and frequent communication throughout the planning process to ensure timely execution and avoid last-minute stress.

Our wedding was a huge undertaking, with four events over three days, and TPK designed it all very well. Each event was gorgeous and we really appreciated the extra mile the team went to make certain unique elements we wanted happen - they were willing to try new things with us and were great at fixing problems that came up at the last minute. And I was able to get the best ones, in my opinion. I was initially worried of managing the preps from overseas, as I was not able to meet them often. The Perfect Knot (TPK) team were absolutely amazing! One of the best logistical decisions of the wedding was getting TPK on board for the decor. Clarence was very understanding, approachable and fun to work with. Due to work constraints, I finalized a lot of details last moment and yet Clarence and his team (special shout out to Shubham as well) executed my vision perfectly! So many of my guests commented on the decor - it truly was spectacular! If you are wondering whether to work with TPK, I would recommend them without any hesitance!

The Perfect Knot were absolutely wonderful to work with. Clarence (who leads The Perfect Knot) was absolutely professional and discussed things with us multiple times very patiently. What sets them apart is their receptivity. We wanted an extremely personalised touch and they brought that to the table - first in ideating and listening to us and building off of our ideas and secondly, in figuring out alternatives if plan A didn't seem feasible. The other great thing about them was their calm approach to everything. They executed the event without a glitch and we're never stressed/fussed. Clarence has this Zen vibe about him - and he resolved issues like the Baarat car breaking down on the day of the wedding and so on, without ever panicking. This helps A LOT on an emotionally charged day I was told that the TPK team always comes through for the wedding, and I can safely echo that sentiment now. Go for the team, they will make your event memorable in the way YOU want it.

It is definitely a two-way street when it comes to wedding planning, if the bride and groom partner with TPK well and take the time to meet regularly and hash out all details, these planners will make the wedding of your dreams come true. Really appreciate the effort put in by Clarence and team in pulling of a special event for my better half's birthday. We both have travelling jobs and were fortunate to be in Goa for her 30th. The team suggested an amazing restaurant for our intimate gathering which catered some fine Goan Cuisine with cocktails. We had a tropical theme party during the Goan rains and the decor arrangements and the entertainer suggested were truly apt for the occasion. The night ended with a good jam session. Thanks Clarence for making Chrisan's 30th really special for the entire family.

Clarence and team did a phenomenal job in making our dream destination wedding in Goa the way we had imagined. The team was very collaborative throughout the whole process in understanding me and my partner's vision for the themes and color palettes of the decor and wedding sets. Clarence was hard at work during both days of our event and we saw him working late in the nights helping execute everything amazingly well. I was a very hands on bride and had specific requests for certain elements such as a customized sign board, entrance boards, neon sign etc.. Clarence helped work with my ideas and provided options available so we could choose which one worked best with our budget. We went back and forth multiple times on a few things but Clarence was very patient with us throughout. On top of that, he always made time to chat when requested and even jumped on calls ate at night whenever needed. Wedding planning is anyway stressful and you need someone that you can rely on, and Clarence & team made it a memorable event that we will cherish throughout our lives. Extremely pleased with what Clarence and the team at 'The Perfect Knot' delivered at our wedding. It definitely surpassed expectations. Ours was a budget wedding but it looked nothing like it. The decor , arrangements everything made our venues look like it was an extravaganza. From understanding our style, budget and theme to negotiating and marrying all these together to make it look so beautiful - Clarence was there to ensure we had it all. Our cake was was one of its kind. Our entourage looked absolutely the way we envisioned it with the buttonairre, my bridal bouquet, the bridesmaid’s and flower girls accessories along with the best man and page boy’s accessories, all handcrafted by Angela’s bridal’s creations. The ring holder made by her was a stunner!! The overall execution put in by Clarence and team was marvelous and we couldn’t have asked for more. Ours was a God planned and a man made fairy tale wedding!!! Kudos to the team again and I recommend them strongly to all those planning their wedding and are looking for the best within their decided budget. They won’t disappoint.

'The Perfect Knot' did an amazing job planning and managing my beach wedding in Goa on 22.02.2022. My wife and I were busy with our jobs and needed someone to make sure all our ideas were executed to our liking without any disappointments and TPK did an outstanding job at it.
