We found TPF on wedmegood and contacted them and everything was smooth from the first meeting onwards. Akash and his team have no hangups and are particularly considerate on additional requirements for coverage without charging a bomb! We booked them at the last moment and were worried if we missed out on good ones before but I’m glad this work relation is now made and they are my family photographers for years to come for sure! Be rest assured on quality and work ethics as we really found the entire team to be very dynamic and warm. Please keep spreading the love, Team…you guys are fab! If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you don’t care about your event or your photos, TPF is the perfect photographer for you. Aakash is all talk and no work at all, and his best trait is lying. Everything you see on his Instagram is a lie. It’s been more than a year since our wedding and we haven’t even received a single edited photo forget any of the other deliverables. We’ve made the full payment and hence he has no incentive to give us our deliverables. We made the biggest mistake of our lives by going with him. I wouldn’t wish this experience for anyone else.

Worst ever experience. He dint delivery anything for 11 months and then saying I have lost the data. Also he has taken whole of the money too and now not even refunding. DONT EVER OPT FOR "THE PICTURE FACTORY" AS YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER AND BEWARE OF AKASH ROY

Sanoy and I would truly like to thank you for making our day so very special by capturing every moment with you professional eye. Your team made us laugh during our prewedd functions and they also made us extremely comfortable in our couple shots as you know we hate posing :p but overall they sum up the whole day and that is all thanks to you. We have started sending out the links for easy access to guest and the feedback has been amazing. My family applaud you for your hard work and being able to herd cats when needed. My mum also could not praise you enough and she is more happy because you kept your word regarding the album quality and finish. Enter into a contract with akash if you do not want your wedding photographs ever and don’t care about your money. He will waste your time, money, memories. Countless follow ups over calls, emails, messages however he will not respond and completely ghost you. Don’t fall into the trap at the time of speaking to him cause that’s just a facade.

It has been more than 2.5 years since my wedding and I haven't received anything that was promised to me. My family has paid the full amount but here I am with no albums or proper videos. Highly disappointed.

When I was looking for a wedding photographer I was really worried about finding one that fit our style. There were a lot of different tastes and styles out there and I was afraid we wouldn’t find someone we both liked. We met Akash at a friends wedding function. Immediately we sensed something different as he wasn’t trying to sell himself to us. He was very low pressure and he let us look through his work without making us feel like we needed to decide right away. We did our research and kept coming back to Akash. We noticed his work at my friends function and he wasn’t posing people but rather catching them in their natural element. We set up a meeting with him and again, felt low pressure and like we had made a new friend. Once I booked TPF, I never had to worry about photography again as they were on top of things. They were organized and very quick to get back to me and return our deliverables. I would absolutely work with TPF again and I plan on recommending them to family and friends that are getting married. We loved working with them and do wish them the best for the future! We decided to go ahead with TPF for our special day as we had heard great reviews from friends and sure as hell, they did not disappoint!! Roy and his team more than lived up to their reputation. We were really happy with quality of work wherein the team managed to capture all our special and candid moments during the ceremony, as well as family portraits that will be remembered for years to come. Lastly, given COVID, we were especially happy with the level of care and precaution taken by the team – they were careful to maintain a safe distance at all time and had donned face mask, face shields and gloves! I would highly recommend the team at TPF! Loads of luck to you guys!!
