Hired them because the reviews were good and their instagram is lovely. After hiring, found out they just give their work to freelancers or other teams and don’t do the photography themselves. All their teams are different from photographers to editors to cinematographers so there is nothing but miscommunication especially post wedding. The quality of the photographs is great no doubt and the reels are good but other than that, their lack of interest in providing a good experience feels terrible. For us it was the most special day but for them they showed NOTHING but disinterest. There was no briefing done for the wedding so I ended up with not even a single picture with my mother. Not one from the entire function. They couldnt care less about shooting the after party at all and later blamed it on some random uncle who asked them to stop shooting. Post the wedding we had to sit and nit pick every minute from the traditional video cos they dont know how to edit a traditional video. Imagine the cameras going hazy, not knowing who to focus on, zooming in and out like a damn phone recorded reel. And on top of that just terrible music thats not going with the vibe of the event at all. I had to make a playlist for every event and coordinate with their editors on my own cos they couldnt care less. Even had to tell them over and over again who my family is so they could focus more on them and less on people who weren’t that important for the videos and pictures. Obviously because they didn’t care to know who to click and record. The best part is that even after telling them literally not exaggerating, 6-7 times, they kept spelling my name wrong in all the videos. Imagine doing that to a bride non stop. Everytime I had a conversation with Raj about this he would tell us he doesnt have time to check and approve the content hes sending out as hes done 80 weddings in 2024 and then say he’d get it sorted and not to worry but nothing got sorted until we had to chase them for everythint till the end of time. Just felt so cheated and betrayed. Don’t know where all the great reviews are pouring in from but I feel that he made it extra hard for us to have any kind of good experience with him and his team.

We came all the way from Canada to Dubai and were very skeptical in hiring a photographer from India for our wedding, but after speaking to the team it changed our mind completely. We felt short of words for them when the images came through. Infact they are quite insistent on using every opportunity to click when your events are going on as you are so busy you would like to push the photos to the end , but they were so good in making sure we were up and ready everytime there was a shoot needed. What can I say about The Picture Patch Photography! I think one of the best decisions I made about my wedding was choosing them as my photography team. I had hired Picture patch photography team to capture all of our wedding moments. So, it was a marwari-maharashtrian wedding and the team managed to cover the functions really nicely. Ours was beach side wedding and we had a great time, We loved the photographs, their work was amazing. The team was also really quick to respond with costs and delivery terms and timelines, everything was clear and transparent from the beginning. First of all, one of a kind, down to earth people and excellent work ethic. Having so many options online, it is really difficult to know which photographers are the right ones for you. I was going through the similar dilemma. However, coming to Picture Patch Photography was one of the best decisions i took. We drove down to Pondicherry from Bangalore for our shoot, and in the span of a couple of hours we got to know each other really well and it ensured that we were no longer going to pose infront of some strangers.
