I am extremely happy to get bridal lehenga and my sherwani from Gorvis -Best Bridal Lehanga. Got everything just how I actually wanted! The staff is very kind and took care of my requirements. Specially Mr Gopal Sir ..Perfect fitting in the first trial itself. Nothing to complaint! The shopping experience was completely hassle free. They have an amazing collection of lehengas & sherwani Do visit their store for your wedding shopping.

One line " Disturbing Experience ". Extremely overpriced. Total False delivery commitments. Truly un-ethical. Worst customer relations. I placed my order for lehenga and sherwani by making full advance payment of ₹ 1,40,000/- in October, Delivery for which was scheduled after 25 days. I travelled thrice from Lucknow to Delhi on false assurances of my product delivery. Till November I was harassed badly by making 20-30 calls in a day. The owner switched off her cell.Finaly forjust 12 days remaining for my wedding, the lehenga was delivered with completely wrong size fittings. And the sherwani [worth ₹50,000] was not even partially ready. Upon objecting on the same the owner who seems to be nice at early meetings refused to talk and offered ₹15,000 and no sherwani. The very pre wedding experience disturbed us. I don't know how they are getting 1+ star ratings, all 1+ star rating to the store is MANIPULATED. I WONT SUGGEST THE SAME TO ANY ABOUT TO MARRY COUPLES.

Pathetic experience. Made fool out of me. Over priced. Doesn't stand to their promises. Hardly care about the hardships of the customers. I have made three trips to the shop from Lucknow after confirming from them however it was just a waste. Seems like got stuck with highly unprofessional people.

Gorvis was the first store I stepped into for my Wedding & Reception outfit shopping and it took me absolutely no time to select both my outfits from them. I had to look nowhere else. They have really beautiful bridal collection, and very courteous staff! Big thumbs up !!

It was an overall a very good experience. A nice and trending collection. The staff is quite welcoming and I would specially like to thank Monika for her quick response and support in delivering my wedding outfit on time during this difficult time ofCovid-19. I highly recommend this place and would love to visit it again.
