Worst behaviors from management to staff with client, guests, relatives. They can spoil your reputation. Beware of these guys @Bhupinder @Dean @Sunil specifically if you are educated & reputed family

We had booked Amour for the wedding. Though we were not getting comfortable with their clients dealing behaviour but we had a connection with the land owner (lessor) of Amour and he has requested the Amour guys to ensure the best services. We paid lakhs for decor but their outsourced vendor/ Amour Team has denied commitments and asked money for even little changes. They had done the worst decor (not even worth 1/3rd of the money paid) and most importantly not started the services timely/ dealt with the guests very inappropriately i.e. tarnishing your reputation. The members of the Amour team did not talk to each other and just focus on sales and denied our chat on arrangements, payments, etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL GUYS, WE ALL ARE SPENDING A LOT TO MAKE A MEMORABLE EVENT FOR THE ENTIRE LIFE. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THESE GUYS. @Vikas @Bhupinder @Dean

I went there to attend a reception and found it to be an outstanding setting with a very good interior. They have a good arrangement with good meal quality.

Excellent location for holding events. We reserved the venue for the engagement ceremony. The furnishings and food were praised by everyone on the guest list. The nicest aspect is that it is located within Gurgaon and everyone can attend because it is not too far away like the other resorts we were considering.

Definitely posh and classy. Interiors that are tastefully done have a wow factor. A lawn with a pool has its own allure. Certainly a winner and differentiator in this crowded market of event and wedding venues.

The location is excellent, but the size/area disappointed me. It has two distinct party lawns. dividing the entire area Otherwise, it's fine, featuring a nice contemporary-styled centre AC Hall.

Corporate and wedding parties can use the party lawn. Excellent space. The catering could be improved. Winters mei, you will adore this location. There was a lot of fog, and there was a lot going on.

I've gone to several events here, and each one has been fantastic in its own way. The venue has two banquets and two lawns and is one of the best venues in Gurgaon that offers A class banqueting with mouth-watering food and stunning decor. Overall, from the management team to the catering, design, and location, each person ensures that the event is unforgettable. Special thanks to VP Poonam ji for going above and beyond to make each guest's event a wonderful one.

I went here to celebrate Holi with the ISKCON community. I'd like to thank the administration for their generosity in providing ISKCON with this space for free. The Hall is enormous and can accommodate 700 - 1000 people comfortably. The lawn is also large, the atmosphere is quiet, the restrooms are properly maintained, and a few good paintings, designs, and decorations may capture your eye. I had a good time here and during the event.

Everything was fantastic except for the parking situation. It was crowded because there were three banquet halls, all of which were in use.

They delivered my engagement very beautifully.. highly professional team and the food is soo wonderful.. Overall, a complete and cost-effective product. Best wishes to the Amour team. I had a fantastic experience with them.

Service is poor, and the food is of poor quality. Management is not accepting responsibility. They collect the entire amount before the function, and their response is inadequate.

place is nice but staff is ridiculous. for first few meetings they will be sweet but once you do all payment staff become rude. they played game in menu . they do not keep promises and commitments as they do before complete payment. d cor part is good

Hello people... My name is nisha rao from parkview city-2 We had an event on 6th dec,2020. There’s the event manager-Poonam Kohli. To be honest she’s a ridiculous lady, whos got no good way of talking to client. And she plays games with decent clients. She spoiled and made my sister( the bride) cried on her wedding day just before her entry. She misbehaved with my father at that moment. I dnt know why amour has kept her. Really disappointed!!!!!! Property is excellent..space is huge.. but maintenance part is not at all satisfactory..two major issues are that the carpet in the hall is very untidy and we found lot of flies all around the hall and pfa area..moreover furniture they use are low graded as the property is so elegant..These issues can be sorted out if seriously taken
