We had booked Amour for the wedding. Though we were not getting comfortable with their clients dealing behaviour but we had a connection with the land owner (lessor) of Amour and he has requested the Amour guys to ensure the best services. We paid lakhs for decor but their outsourced vendor/ Amour Team has denied commitments and asked money for even little changes. They had done the worst decor (not even worth 1/3rd of the money paid) and most importantly not started the services timely/ dealt with the guests very inappropriately i.e. tarnishing your reputation. The members of the Amour team did not talk to each other and just focus on sales and denied our chat on arrangements, payments, etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL GUYS, WE ALL ARE SPENDING A LOT TO MAKE A MEMORABLE EVENT FOR THE ENTIRE LIFE.
