"Gopalvatika is an awesome place for family functions. The food and cleanliness are both good, and the decoration is wonderful. All the staff are very cooperative."

We choose this place for our son's first birthday on 21st October, 2024. The arrangements were ok, but please be aware while giving full payment before the event. We added extra 2 items in menu and paid 5000 Rs. additionally, but next day of event we came to know that these extra items were not there. We have provided photos and videos as a proof, but Mr. Arun is not considering and now not responding. It is my submission that please be aware while paying advance full money to them and also cross check all the items/facilities they are committed to provide.

I attended my friend's wedding at Gopal Vatika and the experience was very nice. Everything was so well organized and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended

Worst experience. Zero management, Unprofessional, Zero support during function, specially the manager Arun. During my function he literally argued with me and with all my family members that he needs full payment in between function, when we were busy attending guests. If we have paid you advance, there should be a trust, co-operation and wait for payment atleast till the function ends. I have experienced this kind of disrespectful customer service on my special day which was my ring ceremony in April this year. This spoiled my function happiness. Even there were other issues like delay in AC service, below average food quality etc which we were still trying to manage that day. I will never ever recommend Gopal Vatika. They only listen until you pay advance, after that no one listens. I want to tell you that if you don't know how to organize, manage and support customer...then stop your money business. Atleast don't ruin someone's function such badly.

Decoration was nice. Food was awsome. Ample amount of parking space. I also saw nice restaurant which is owned by them for small birthday parties( Jungle safari)
