Go there is you want to spoil functions. They are goon, money minded people and always insist on cash payment. Their food and service is disastrous. Yesterday threw birthday party for my son but ended in Mayapuri Police Station. We had to call PCR for redressal of our grievance. As the Police reached, everyone from run away.No one from management available to sort problem except a junior staff who was not in position to make decisions. A1 banquet Management already told me about their mismanagement but I thought it is a business rivalry but they are right.I admit my mistake that I selected this wrong place for party. I organised my wedding at La Fortuna Banquet and I would say that it was a great decision,the food and decor were amazing and staff team was super professional.

We have a wedding on 19th April, we face the so many issues regarding food, service, manpower, hygine etc. After our so many follow up they didn't realize the issue. Overall very pathetic and disgusting

The best decor I’ve ever come across in a long time plus sumptuous meals and delectable food and on top of it a very humble staff. So must visit!

Had I have a chance of giving negative rating, I will give them the lowest of lowest rating. they spoiled the happiness of my lifetime memories by providing the worst services, which I got from them.they provided cold and hot items, but food items were cold and drinks were hot. no was there to listen my problem for the first hour after the starting of function, but they wanted the payment before the start of dinner and threaten me that they will not start dinner if payment was not done in advance. what to say about their wallet services, they were there for nothing, even my son and Son in law was not spared by refusing them service. Please I beg all the future visitors of the vanue please do not book this hall for any function otherwise they will regret their decision as I am regreting.

The service was extremely subpar the plates were not clean, and there is a lack of trust in the management due to dishonest practices with the dishware. The staff, particularly Sarika and another individual who handled the booking, demonstrated an unprecedented level of unprofessionalism. Their communication lacked basic manners. If you are seeking a well-organized event, I strongly advise against booking this venue. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited by the staff is concerning, and I cannot recommend their services for any important function. Please exercise caution if you are considering this venue for your event.

If there is a word more to PATHETIC abd WORST, these pople deserve that. They are SCAM PEOPLE- Special mention to the MR. AAMIR KHAN-THE LIAR NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL. Nothing as promised was delivered. Let’s begin series of NO -NO DISPLAY OF DINNER/LUNCH HOSTED BY -NO LED DISPLAY (its just there non working to make you fool) -NO AC -till 7pm -NO WORKING AC ON STAGE ,DJ, FEW AREAS OF HALL (all guests kept sweating) -NO ONE TO LOOK AFTER YOUR PROBLEMS -NO CLEANLINESS in Toilets (urniation was lying even before the function) -NO MANGER ON THE FLOOR OR AROUND YOU - kept running to their office- they people were only busy grabbing anf fooling other parties - NO NONVEG FOOD AS our menu was nonveg delux- only veg starter were served till 9pm - even when served it had foul smell - NO SERVICE for food was given. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR EVENT NOT TO BE SPOILED.
