Visited this place to enquire about hosting an engagement ceremony. At first glance, everything looked great—fancy interiors, stylish decor, all the bells and whistles you'd expect from a decent banquet hall. But here's where it all came crashing down—they had the audacity to demand ₹50,000 just for food tasting. Yes, you read that right—50K. They said, that once we confirm only then food tasting is done. I called again the next day hoping maybe someone had come to their senses, but nope—same ridiculous response. Now, let me break it down for the geniuses running this place: when booking a banquet, yes, decor and ambiance are nice, but the real star of any event is the food. That's what people talk about long after the fairy lights have come down. Decor is a memory which people might forget, however food is permanent memory. When I asked why such an outrageous demand, I was told, "We have a footfall of 30 people daily for food tasting and can’t let everyone try the food." Right. Because making your potential customers feel welcome and confident in your services is clearly too much effort. They even said the money would be refunded if we didn’t like the food, but let’s be honest, who has the time or energy to chase someone down to get their money back if the food doesn’t live up to expectations? Next, they claimed I probably haven't been to "bigger brands." I couldn’t help but laugh. I've visited venues more upscale than Orana, and guess what? They not only offered complimentary food tasting, they actually invited me with a warm smile and hospitality. Imagine that—hospitality at a place meant for hosting guests. Also, the person we dealt with—a lady who claimed to be the manager—was surprisingly dismissive. When we politely asked to speak to a senior manager or someone higher up, her response was a smug, "I am the manager here." Apparently, this place is run entirely by only her, because she flat-out refused to let us connect with anyone above her. I’m fairly certain there’s someone senior running the show, but she made sure we weren’t getting anywhere close. It’s honestly disappointing to see such a well-designed venue go to waste because of arrogant staff and tone-deaf policies. If they put half the effort into customer service that they put into their decor, they might actually get somewhere.

Orana Aurnum is the most spectacular venue for memorable events. Its got a huge space. Very nicely decorated. The luxury speaks for itself. Food is sumptuous and delectable just like other Orana properties, this is the greatest place to host

A lovely setting for groups of 300-400 people, with mouthwatering cuisine and stunning interiors.

Excellent location for a wedding ceremony, with special arrangements for mehndi. The Haldi ceremony takes place beside the pool. The cleanliness of the rooms and the laundry is adequate. There is no WiFi in the apartments. The stairwell is filthy. The food is of high quality.

Excellent location. It is extremely spacious and has excellent service. We had a wonderful wedding reception here.
