WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, we found them via this app and it was the worst decision of my life. They made our wedding a living hell for us and for our guest leaving us with PTSD. They committed us rooms and when we arrived we were told they are not available, the kind of rooms we booked we did not get. Our guests were frustrated as they could not find things or support, no one was at the reception throughout the day. There were a million flies on our food and surrounding us. They over commit and under deliver, the head office has people who would say yes to everything and deliver nothing, they did not even convey things to the people managing at the resort so no one was there to help us initially. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER JUST WOST, it was the biggest mistake of my life to book rainforest as a venue
