Recently visited for a wedding here and all the services were just top notch,staff was really professional,food was mouthwatering and the property was very well maintained.Would highly recommend.

This place is literally the best for a hyge gathering,all of the services were amazing,decor and catering were awesome and the staff was really professional.

I had a very bad experience with Ritz. I had visited them around 10 days back with my family regarding a ceremony scheduled for a particular date . Despite leaving all our contact details and requesting them to share a quote soon , we did not receive any quote from them . The staff kept repeating that the quote has been sent over mail, everytime I had to follow up to check why I haven’t received the quote, finally after 10-15 days, I.e. today, (after the sales manager had confirmed to me three times that the quote has been sent to me) they asked me if my event can be rescheduled to another day and that the quote wasn’t shared with me because date was not available. Not only was I exasperated at the question asked but was also surprised how they kept repeatedly lying that the quote had been shared with me . So I just ended up wasting my time and had halted checking out more venues (I don’t live in India so I was on a trip to Lucknow to check out venues and finalize one) Extremely unprofessional behavior. In a way am glad that this happened else we would have experienced worse during our event had we gone ahead with ritz

An absolutely wonderful experience. really professional approach towards planning and execution. we did not have to worry about anything. quality maintained at every level. the care that was shown made our wedding event a memory we wont forget. the food was really delicious and the servers were really polite. there was a good variety in the menu and the flavours were absolutely yum. gave the whole event a real class. the rooms that were given to us were also aesthetically designed and service was on spot. what i liked the most was the calmness about the whole staff and owners. Sandeep and Kanika were taking care of things personally and we were able to enjoy our evening without worrying about anything. thanks guys!

I visited Ritz resort last week with family and we had the most amazing vacation. As we entered the driveway, I was completely taken in with it's sprawling lawns and adjoining farm. The interiors of the resort, additionally, were just as neat. Rooms were spacious enough that I could easily do my workout session in the morning. Food was another hit. Whatever we ordered was fresh,beautifully prepared and served with genuine warmth. We had the good fortune of meeting the owners at that time- they were very hospitable in their conduct. Overall, it's one of the best properties in Lucknow and I will most certainly pay it another visit!

Fantastic resort, spacious rooms and halls. Well maintained lawns and peaceful location. I visited this resort recently for a vacation and was overwhelmed with the ritz hospitality, food, ambience and service. Will plan another trip soon.

It was amazing!!! I have attended two weddings here and multiple events. One wedding of a friend and another of a cousin. The rooms are amazingly spacious, vis-a-vis the big names. The property is lush green and gives such positive vibes. The arrangements fantastic. Be it a weekend getaway, just chill, have corporate events or a wedding, the beauty of this place is amazing! One corporate event is due here!

We had our wedding here & it was a very nice experience they have specious court yard & their rooms are also very specious, it complete wedding venue. The staff was very cooperative & arrangements was very good.
