My husband and I have had an amazing experience with the Palayana team, especially working with Sumeet and Deboshree. We had been in conversation for over 1.5 years, discussing every detail of our destination wedding in depth since COVID-19 was very much a concern then. They accommodated our vision starting from working on a strategy to navigate our worries around COVID, the type of food, booking rooms, and taking the time to get to know our friends and family once we got on site. Not only did we have the pleasure of working with Sumeet, but we met with the chef that had created a unique, personalized, and elaborate menu for our three events - our family and friends were overcome with the creativity, ingenuity and taste of the menu. What made our wedding even more special was that The Palayana itself is a beautiful, relaxing resort surrounded by so much nature, exactly what we needed to escape from the city. Despite our busy schedule, we were all able to unwind - whether it was by the beach late at night or a mid-day nap in between events in the comfort of tour rooms. Three days were not enough for us and we are definitely going back again soon. An extraordinary team we have had the pleasure of knowing.

My wife and I had our wedding at the Palayana a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely incredible! The property is perfectly situation for small intimate weddings (we had 110 ppl) and Sumeet and his team will leave you speechless with the food and hospitality. They were ever ready to accommodate. We had 3 events (Indian wedding) and the food each time was not only different but so unique you would need to read the titles of dishes twice. 'Green Curry Spicy Cheese Ravioli' for instance or a dahi bhala with nitrogen. My wife and i are still getting messages from friends raving about the food and the quality of the venue. Sumeet, the GM, is a stand up bloke and will go out of this way to ensure you have the best wedding ever. 100% recommend this place!

Amazing venue which caters to all guests perfectly. The villa's definitely stand out and are just exceptional as to how much care and detail have been put into making the stay of guests comfortable and enjoyable.

Best place to have a destination wedding. They made it so easy for us. Accommodated special requests and early check in’s. Food was outstanding - wish I could be a guest at my own wedding so I could have enjoyed the food. Whatever little I did try though was outstanding. Friends and family still talk about it. The setting - was to die for. We had our pheras at sunset with the beach as the backdrop. The colours of the sky was something that I’ve never seen before.

We hosted our wedding at The Palayana in Jan 2020 and it was one of the best decisions of our lives. Right from the beginning of the interaction, the team was extremely cooperative and answered all our queries regarding hosting a traditional Punjabi wedding overseas. The beauty of this resort, apart from its aesthetically done architecture, is that you can lock it down for your event which added to the intimacy of the wedding. We wanted an intimate wedding with 100 people and this venue is perfect for that. One of our main concerns was food and not only do they offer a huge variety in Indian food, the taste is delectable. The team at Palayana ensured that all our events went smoothly, the guests were well taken care of and the decoration was exactly how we had imagined. Thank you to everyone at The Palayana, especially Twinkle and Sumeet, for making our events memorable and enjoyable!

Was recently here for a family wedding and was actually blown away with the service, food and the ambience of the hotel- has been one of the best experiences i have had since a long long time .. The hotel staff treated us like extended family and went out of their way to make us feel at home away from home ..
