My honest experience at Lavanya Dreams Banquet – Extremely disappointing My wedding took place at Lavanya Dreams, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst decisions we made. Start se hi hamara experience kharab ho gaya. Banquet ke bahar hi kinners ne hamare family ko bahut pareshan kiya aur jabardasti ₹11,000 le liye. Sabse shocking baat ye thi ki banquet ki security ne ek bhi baar help nahi ki. Hum baar-baar request karte rahe par security ne koi support nahi diya, lag raha tha jaise woh bhi unke sath hi mile hue the. Lift ka haal aur bhi bekaar tha. Kisi bache ne pehle se potty ki hui thi, diaper bhi wahi pada hua tha, aur bahut gandi smell aa rahi thi. Guest jab lift me enter hue to unka experience wahin se bigad gaya. Andar floor par bhi koi staff management nahi tha. Na koi manager, na koi responsible person—kisse complaint kare ye bhi samajh nahi aa raha tha. Sab apni responsibility se bhaag rahe the, aur payment to ye log pehle hi poora le chuke the. Bride entry ke time anaar aur varmala smog effect ka promise kiya gaya tha, jiske extra charges bhi liye gaye the. Lekin event ke time usme se kuch bhi arrange nahi tha. Pure tarah se mismanagement. This banquet experience was by far the worst we have encountered. We reserved the venue for my cousin's wedding, expecting a well-organized event, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The dishes served were improperly washed, leaving visible food residues on the plates. The restroom was filthy, with uncleaned sinks, overflowing trash bins, and a foul odor, indicating neglect. The entire setup lacked organization; tables were randomly arranged, and event flow was chaotic. The waitstaff appeared intoxicated, slurring their words and spilling drinks on guests, which caused discomfort. The floor manager displayed an unprofessional attitude, ignoring guests’ concerns and shouting at staff in front of attendees. Despite charging us a premium fee the day before for elaborate decorations and arrangements, the catering service delivered undercooked food that was unsafe to consume, and staff members were verbally aggressive when asked for assistance. Overall, the service was highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing.

Hosted one of my wedding event at Lavanya Banquet and really enjoyed throughout,the services were amazing and the event went really smooth.

Fraud Alert! This banquet is total fraud, they are duping people in the name of LAVANYA for money, they literally flew away after taking full payment before the start of wedding function and didn’t respond to any call. Food - 1/10 Ambience - 1-10 Service - 0/10 Hygiene - 0/10 The hall was pathetic, unhygienic, messiest. No waiter was there to serve any food. Worst experience of my life. This banquet should shut down their dirty business. Would not recommend this banquet to anybody. Don’t waste your hard earned money here.

Very Bad experience. Pls not book this banquet. Bad Services. Waiters were asking for money again & again. Some waiters were doing gossips about Groom and Bride and laughing. Food quality not good. Some items were closed after 2 hours of marriage function started. Waiters were not serving foods to guests. AC was not working. We gave them huge amount of money for function and waiters refused for items and said " ab nhi milegi" in first 2 hours of marriage function started. Very Bad experience.

Lavanya Banquet Scam My function was on 07th march. I paid all amount in advance as per their agreement terms. Scam begain here 1. I booked platinum menu but they have served me much lesser than for what i paid for. 2. No adequate staff available on floor and staff which were available was not professional and even don't know, how to talk to guest. 3. Very poor hospitality. 4. Food quantity was not enough and even the quality of food was very poor. 5. No senior person was available on floor which can manage everything. 6. Uncleaned sofa's , chair and floor. 7. Even after many request, no body care to do their work efficiently. 8. Ac was not working properly. Completely function spoiler, totally wastage of hard earned money. Don't ever think to book this banquet for any function.

Worst place ever, shame on the management, your f*****g team, and no respect for elders. My family chose this banquet for my sister's wedding and the waiters were not proving food to the guests. moreover, they deny to give ice creams to the kids n elderly ppl, Even after paying huge amounts...this is the way how you treat your guests? You genuinely fucked up....Even the food served to the guests was so cold. Such a shameful thing. Strongly recommend everybody remove this venue from your list if ur planning any family gatherings in the future. Highly disrespected and shameful thing.

Worst experience with valet parking, total unprofessional staff My car got smacked in the valet parking itself still nobody takes the responsibility I needed to bear expenses for 25000 I will never recommend their banquet to any people as they have the worst service with their in-house staff Very bad service No guarantee for parking
