Lavanya Banquet Scam My function was on 07th march. I paid all amount in advance as per their agreement terms. Scam begain here 1. I booked platinum menu but they have served me much lesser than for what i paid for. 2. No adequate staff available on floor and staff which were available was not professional and even don't know, how to talk to guest. 3. Very poor hospitality. 4. Food quantity was not enough and even the quality of food was very poor. 5. No senior person was available on floor which can manage everything. 6. Uncleaned sofa's , chair and floor. 7. Even after many request, no body care to do their work efficiently. 8. Ac was not working properly. Completely function spoiler, totally wastage of hard earned money. Don't ever think to book this banquet for any function.

Worst place ever, shame on the management, your f*****g team, and no respect for elders. My family chose this banquet for my sister's wedding and the waiters were not proving food to the guests. moreover, they deny to give ice creams to the kids n elderly ppl, Even after paying huge amounts...this is the way how you treat your guests? You genuinely fucked up....Even the food served to the guests was so cold. Such a shameful thing. Strongly recommend everybody remove this venue from your list if ur planning any family gatherings in the future. Highly disrespected and shameful thing.

Worst experience with valet parking, total unprofessional staff My car got smacked in the valet parking itself still nobody takes the responsibility I needed to bear expenses for 25000 I will never recommend their banquet to any people as they have the worst service with their in-house staff Very bad service No guarantee for parking

a day agoNEW I organized the marriage of my daughter in this hall on 15/10/2021 and it was a very frustrating experience. The organisers boast of big things when you approach them for a contract. But the things suddenly change when it comes to reality. The number of dishes which they promise, many of them are missing. Further the service is the worst. it seems that they are not willing serve the guests and want them to eat and the staff simply doesn't attend. Repeated reminders to staff and management falls simply on deaf ears. The service is started late and the guests remain unattended. Further when you complain during the wedding, they are attended half heartedly and the intention is to somehow rebuff the things. It seems that they don't have a culture of serving the guests and matches more with a Governmental setup. The floor manager also doesn't care as the entire staff has got a feeling that they have got the money and let the party go to hell- what have we got to loose now- everytime there is a new client because marriages are not a routine affair in a family , what's going to happen even if they are unhappy. Post ceremony when we tried to contact the main person who entered into contract with us - Ms Muskan, to register our protest, she was not prepared to talk as if now what she has got to loose now when everything is over and why at all we should bother about a gone customer who will not be coming now as marriages in a family are not a routine affair. Overall we felt cheated. Not a customer friendly approach after having received full payment in advance.if need be I can be contacted on 951 8829 413. We hosted our wedding function here . It has such a nice open area which is a perfect fit for such functions. And we had a very fine experience at the venue. The arrangements in terms of food, decor and service were so nicely done.

We had our wedding reception in Delhi and so glad we chose this as our venue. The services and the management were great. The decor was done really well and it made the venue more beautiful. The ambience was great. Highly recommend it to others.

This place has so much to offer . The staff is so respectful and courteour . Hotels every corner is breathtaking and beautifully designed .It was a great experience with the venue.Very happy by my decision .

I booked lavanya dream banquet for my wedding for 350 people.the venue was with in my budget food was really delecious and I was very happy with the ambeince and decore part.this made my big day even bigger..will surely recommoned everyone for this place

Lavanya is a great venue to have a wedding with commendable food in terms of quality and taste and great decor to pose with.

I attended one of my cousin brother's wedding at Lavanya Dreams, the function was on their first floor banquet.The property is well maintained and the staff was very active as there was regular cleaning that was taking place even during the function. Even the food there was excellent starting with the starters, chaat and main course they managed to provide good variety with good quality. Decoration was beautiful with many lit spots where photographs could be clicked.

Everything was so good about this place. Food, service, ambience, banquet hall everything was so good that I can visit this place again and again if invited for any function. One thing that stands out of everything was the quality of service they provided there! I have been there once for a marriage.

Its a good wedding venue. The space is huge and can incorporate a good amount of wedding guests. Love the food and spread.

It's a small space for a gathering of 600 people but overall it was a good experience.Staffs were good and humble.decorated very well.It's neat and clean space so very less decoration needed.

Space is bit of an issue with Lavanya if you have to host a large gathering. Had my cousin's wedding here. As it turned out, while the food and the decor was good, it got a bit too crowded. I wish they had ensured better seating provisions to fit in the gathering.
