a day agoNEW I organized the marriage of my daughter in this hall on 15/10/2021 and it was a very frustrating experience. The organisers boast of big things when you approach them for a contract. But the things suddenly change when it comes to reality. The number of dishes which they promise, many of them are missing. Further the service is the worst. it seems that they are not willing serve the guests and want them to eat and the staff simply doesn't attend. Repeated reminders to staff and management falls simply on deaf ears. The service is started late and the guests remain unattended. Further when you complain during the wedding, they are attended half heartedly and the intention is to somehow rebuff the things. It seems that they don't have a culture of serving the guests and matches more with a Governmental setup. The floor manager also doesn't care as the entire staff has got a feeling that they have got the money and let the party go to hell- what have we got to loose now- everytime there is a new client because marriages are not a routine affair in a family , what's going to happen even if they are unhappy. Post ceremony when we tried to contact the main person who entered into contract with us - Ms Muskan, to register our protest, she was not prepared to talk as if now what she has got to loose now when everything is over and why at all we should bother about a gone customer who will not be coming now as marriages in a family are not a routine affair. Overall we felt cheated. Not a customer friendly approach after having received full payment in advance.if need be I can be contacted on 951 8829 413.
