Kuber was flirty and chatty from the very beginning, and honestly, from that day till today, he’s still flirting with me! Our 3-day celebration at Bambolim Beach Resort, Goa (November 25, 2024), was everything we’d dreamed of—a beachy, modern-Indian wedding that felt 100% us. From the vibrant mehndi and haldi to an emotional wedding ceremony and a high-energy sangeet, every function had its own vibe—complete with cocktails, games, hugs, happy tears, and the best kind of chaos.
The highlight? Our fur babies, Goofy and Charlie, who stole the show—especially when Goofy showed up twinning with Kuber in matching wedding outfits! And our reception turned into a full-blown rock concert with a live band, where guests were literally headbanging in gowns and tuxedos.
From décor to emotions, every detail reflected who we are—fun, free-spirited, and full of love.

We also owe a huge part of our wedding’s success to Nikita from the WedMeGood Genie team. For months, we struggled to find the right wedding planner—we were honestly on the verge of giving up. It’s a charming heritage property tucked away on a private beach—shared with the Grand Hyatt but without the chaos, crowds, or photobombing uncles ?. With 120 spacious and well-maintained rooms, it’s perfect for big wedding parties and full buyouts that give you complete privacy.
The real star, though, is Aishwarya Neuns, the powerhouse owner. She’s not just a manager—she’s a one-woman army who personally ensures every detail is perfect. From planning to pack-up, she was on her feet from 8 AM till the last guest left, handling everything like it was her own family’s wedding. Her warmth and passion truly set this place apart.
The property is pet-friendly, so our furry babies were just as pampered as we were. It’s also incredibly senior-friendly, with ramps, open spaces, and easy access for older guests—something rare for beachside venues.
For us, Bambolim wasn’t just a wedding venue—it became the heart of our celebration. We’ve already promised Aishwarya that we’ll be back for our 10th anniversary, because once you’ve experienced a wedding here, no other place feels quite like home.
Makeup Artist: Make Up and Hair by Maleeha
Naima was an absolute gem to work with! She truly did wonders on me—creating the perfect bridal look that felt glamorous yet completely me. What impressed us the most was how she managed to deliver such flawless, photo-ready makeup in just 45–60 minutes. For a bride with a packed schedule and back-to-back events, that kind of efficiency (without compromising on quality) is a total superpower. She stuck to timelines, kept me calm and glowing through it all, and gave us looks we’ll be obsessed with forever. Plus, she used only top-quality, trusted branded products, which made all the difference for long, emotional (and sweaty!) wedding days.
Wedding Planning and Decor: A Wedding Story
Simran from A Wedding Story wasn’t just our planner—she became the backbone of our wedding and a true friend. For nine months, she handled every request with a smile, found solutions for everything, and made sure we never had to compromise on our vision or budget. She managed vendors, contracts, and coordination so seamlessly that we could simply enjoy our functions stress-free.
Every event had its own distinct personality—from a vibrant mehndi and tropical haldi to a concert-style sangeet and serene beach mandap—and Simran nailed each one. Her planning process was meticulous, with detailed vision boards, mockups, and transparent cost sheets, leaving zero room for surprises. What she created felt like walking through Pinterest boards brought to life. Her creativity, precision, and calm control made her not just a planner, but truly the heart behind our dream wedding.

Hermon Production was an absolute dream to work with. They’re one of the most artistic and patient teams we’ve ever come across. We had a crew of just 5 people, but they worked with the energy, precision, and creativity of a team of 50! They understood our vision from the get-go and captured every emotion, every tiny detail, and every candid moment exactly how we wanted. The photos are not just pictures—they’re little pieces of magic that bring the entire wedding back to life every time we look at them. Couldn’t have asked for a better team behind the lens!
DJ: DJ Amin
Hands down, the heart and soul of our 3-day celebration. DJ Amin brought the vibe, the energy, and the madness to every single function. He was there from 10 AM to 3–4 AM—every day—and never once lost his spark. He had an incredible read on the crowd—knew exactly what to play and when, from soulful moments to full-blown dancefloor chaos. At one point, he even chose to keep playing music over taking a meal break—like, can you imagine that kind of dedication? He truly made the music unforgettable.
Wedding Band: MH43
Our reception turned into a live concert, all thanks to Keyur and the MH43 band. Keyur, who’s also a very close friend, actually shifted his own dates just to be there and perform live for us—and what a performance it was!
He played three continuous hours of high-energy live music, and the crowd could not get enough. His iconic head bang with his long hair is now a core wedding memory! He’s honestly the most energetic human on planet Earth—more than Ranveer Singh, if that’s even possible—and his voice had us smiling, crying, and dancing all at once.
