Ivory and gold as a combination is majorly trending for weddings right now, and here is a couple who nailed that to perfection! Aashna and Siddhyesh's destination wedding in Mahabaleshwar was as beautiful and serene as it can be! Surrounded by lush greenery and some charming decor setups, the couple oozed elegance not just on their big day, but every other function as well. We loved the bride's minimal yet effective look in every function, and are all praises for her styling- and the photos, well, they speak for themselves! Take a look.
Meet Aashna & Siddhyesh
We knew of each other through mutual acquaintances for a year before he messaged me on instagram, that’s how we spoke for the very first time and then decided to meet in person.
From The Bride:
Our wedding date was 6th June 2022, almost exactly a year after we got engaged. We knew we wanted our wedding to be a close knit affair with our very close family and friends and that’s exactly what we did. It was rooted in tradition but at the same time the decor and the feel of it was very modern and floral heavy. The only word that keeps coming to the mind while thinking about the decor is ethereal. It was truly a magical day. A line we used a lot for our wedding collaterals was “How beautiful is the day, that is touched by love.” The invites and everything related to the wedding design in particular was done by me and my best friend Sana, since we’re both designers.
I used the WedMeGood app for my wedding too. It helped a lot with finding vendors.
Venue: Le Meridian, Mahabaleshwar
It is a beautiful property.
Makeup Artist: Faces by Chaitali Sengupta
Very good with her work and very quick as well.
Wedding Planning: Mpire Events
The best decision we made for the wedding. Vikram and his team are beyond amazing at what they do. We truly had the most special time thanks to their efforts and their personal involvement with our wedding.
Photography: The Blemished Tales
They captured the essence of our wedding in the most beautiful way possible. Every time we go back to look at the images, which is a lot we can feel the love captured so timelessly in them.
Decor: It’s an Affair & The Perfect Knock
Made my vision come into reality. Every bit of it.
