Absolutely horrible post-sale experience. We purchased clothing worth ₹47,000 from this store, and while selling, the staff made big promises about quick and smooth alterations. However, it’s been three visits now, and not a single item has been altered — just repeated false assurances and wasted time. Despite clear instructions on how we wanted the alterations, we’re being asked to come again and again, only to be told “not done yet.” Mr. Inder, one of the owners, personally assured us over the phone it would be taken care of, yet nothing has moved. To add to the shock, an elderly man at the counter casually told us in Punjabi: "Chakkar ta lagenge painde ne jab alter nu dita hai” (you have to keep coming back when you've given clothes for alteration) — as if it’s normal for customers to chase their own order endlessly after full payment. This review is a clear warning to others: they will lure you with polished sales talk, but once payment is made, they turn a blind eye to service and commitment. Never experienced such unprofessional and dismissive treatment anywhere else. Truly disappointing.
