Colorpadam Photography

ColorPadam – I will not recommend this photography to any of my friends. In fact, I have made my friends choose other photographers who have already decided to go with Colorpadam. This my personal experience with Colorpadam. My marriage ceremony was completed on August 10th, 2019; we took some time for Photo selection as engaged with my other family tradition. But post selecting the photos, we have been following up with Colorpadam for months. Even we have completed our first anniversary. Still, the photo album is not delivered to us. When my wife calls them, they never pick up. When she reaches them from a different number – they do pick up, assuming a new potential customer. After hearing it's us, they tell us some reason and end the call. Saying reasons like photo editing is inprogress will share in two days, the album photo sheet is not available at printing location, special sheets are ordered from Mumbai, etc. Further on, they never respond to my wife's chat. Now I intervened on March 30th 2021 spoke to Colorpadam: POC Name: Anoop – I have explained to him the entire history and experience. I did mention that I don't want to put any negative reviews on the social network because I understand the pain and efforts engaged in building a brand reputation. Requested him to deliver the Photo Album by April 12th, 2021, as the reason we do have a family function on this day. He promised to provide the PDF file in two days, move forward and get this addressed. Today is April 12th, and they have not even provided the PDF file they promised to deliver in two days. It's time to write this review and update my fellow mates to understand the service provided by Colorpadam. There will be a time frame; everyone does explore multiple photographers and choose the best one. Similarly, we did explore too; we had a photographer in the family yet - My wife looked at the works done by them on their FB page, and she decided to go with Colorpadam. I mentioned to her why new fellows; she replied exactly as "Youngsters so they will deliver the work with fresh mindsets with the latest trend." I left this to her decision. Now the proverb has come true "All glitters are not gold." Its been more than 18 months, and still, we have not got the photo album delivered. We have been following with them multiple times, fed up. They will negotiate with the package to onboard a client. Later, they will focus on people who pay them more at present and never give a shit to people they have committed to working with in the past.

Not received the album after 8 months of marriage. They will fill your ears with full of fake promises.Once paid the cash, no one will answer your call.
