“10 DAYS BEFORE WEDDING THEY SAID I CAN TAKE THE REFUND OF MY WEDDING LEHENGA - MENTAL TRAUMA “ I ordered 2 lehengas from them - sagan and wedding. They delivered Sagan lehenga on time and was on point, which fortified my trust and made me place order for my wedding lehenga . My God - IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! Delievery due date was 23rd oct - they Delievered it on 19th nov - 9 days before my wedding and IT WAS STILL INCOMPLETE and rushed!! Everytime she gave me a date and time to collect it , an hour before she would call and extend it by 3-4 days and would say that it is incomplete!! NOT EVEN ONCE THIS LADY APOLOGISED FOR ALL THE TRAUMA !! Infact the lehenga hook broke right before the wedding !! All the stress showed on my face and embarassment of wearing an incomplete lehenga broke my heart . DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS !! I have all the screenshots to prove every word .

Got my engagement outfit made. Basic things like blouse size - neck depth etc were made 2 inches deeper than asked. Dupatta design discussed was not incorporated. Delays and delays and result was awful. Also the worst thing is owners are very rude. So they don’t try to fix your problem. I wish I had read reviews here before actually getting it made. Horrible experience.

Very bad experience, the owners are so rude, have no sense of how to talk. They ask for money before even showing the outfit. And then when we finally saw the outfit it was so loose, the fittings were not proper.. please don’t go to them. These people cancel order right before the function and then talk ill , block the client, do not even have the courtesy to call or talk. God knows whAt issues they have. They call the customer at 6 pm for trials and make them wait for 4-5 hours. I literally went a 6 and got my outfit at 10. During the wedding there is so much more to do but Such people only think about themselves and their ego. Client satisfaction and feelings are no where in the line for them. Please don’t go to them if u want a stress free wedding. ?

I would like to highlight that please notice their good reviews are repeated and are of the same people who posted for them 4 years ago. So probably fake only. Make a vise choice. Highly disappointed with the owners, so ill mannered. Had no sense of how to talk to the customer. At first when you go they will be sweet to you and once you pay them advance they become so arrogant and literally rude. Working with them feels like as if you are getting things from them for free. Last time this happened too , they delay the outfit so much, literally so much that we got our outfits literally on the day of the event, And after we had to do the alterations our selves since there no time left. Sarees which they sent us were supposed to be stitched but they Apparently forgot to stitch it.. how can you as a brand sitting in such a reputed market do such things. Now i gave her one more order and this time the owner just two days before my function told me we are not giving you the dress and literally stopped picking my calls. I highly UNrecommend you to go to this store. They are so unprofessional and will make your event such a nightmare to you.

Had a good experience in choosing an outfit for my wife and my mother from this place. We were given many options to choose the outfit from collection. One of the outfit was customized on request of my wife. Total value for money. What best we liked was we were given exact and honest feedback on what will look nice on them. At some places people just want to sell their outfits but here we were explained what will look nice what colour combinations will look better. Special mention to the duo Tanushree and Akshay for delivering our outfit in a such short notice. Thank you, you guys made our day special and the outfits were just outstanding.

The owner lady is so rude and blatant , they want the full payment without even trials . They keep delaying the delivery as if they have done any favour by making the outfit . They are highly unprofessional, unethical and can stoop to any level of shit . If you want to feel disgusted and hamper your mental peace , you can give them a try. They do not deserve that 0.5 mark… reviewing with it since it is the minimum .

Asking for full payment without even showing the outfit. Not delivering anything on time and they need 4-5 trials for every outfiit showing no respect for your time. The owner lady is horrible. Just horrible. She has no manners, no honesty. She changes the fabric, the colour, the work in order to increase her profits. Then she argues that this is exactly what we had ordered. She shared picture of my outfit once it was ready and I had ordered peach and she made it purple. When I sent for pickup and asked my person to share picture, she did not let him.. and argued that its packed. I couldn’t personally go as I was out of town and just few says away from my big day. She is so rude that she said either pick up outfits or forget tour advance. Please never ever go to this store!

My sister bought a lehenga from this brand initially she kept on delaying the trial date which was initially before Diwali and delayed it for more than 10 days We went to her for the trial And she altered the lehenga for like 4 times as they were unable to do it for the very first time .On pink lehenga she did the thread work of red color which was least expected and the owner asked me that we wont do further alteration and she will refun the money , I told her I can do it as its my wedding in another 2 days The owner of the brand is so rude that it is a humble request to think a lot many times before reaching out to her she doesnt even realise how to behave with her client I dont know why such people open brands in such market Where they should consider their client to be the king pin she told me that we approached her with folded hands to get the discount . I wont recommend this brand to anyone the owner dont know how to treat their customers and lashed out on me and my sister very badly.

Worst Experience. Even worser fittings even after giving measurements. On top of that the woman behind the label has absolutely no manners how to talk to a client. My garment tore a stitch and she effortlessly commented saying whatever you’re saying is funny and then later went on to say you can’t give me shit, early morning and hung up. I FELT LIKE SHE WAS RUNNING A BUSINESS JUST AFTER HIGH SCHOOL. Learn how to respect people, you lack the basics too.

Weddings have so much stress in itself. Would recommend all brides to stay away from this shop. Bad fittings and even worse people will be found here. Reply you their msg - We do not want your outfit for free. We have already paid advance which is 50% of the money, which also we don’t want back. Pls keep both outfit and money as a donation. To all brides - Please go to them if you want fake legal action threats around your wedding. HAHA

Best place to go for your bridal lehenga. Only place in Delhi who has lehengas starting from 30k. Totally value for money and the best service possible.

How does one say thank you so very much for all your hardwork. No words can express how much the work you have done means to me. The dress was MAGNIFICENT! And I had a wonderful time wearing it. People were really taken by it, and still compliment me on the workmanship of the dress. Not only I was so delighted with the dress, and everyone said how 'like me' it was, but I really enjoyed the whole process.
