Let’s just say it was memorable for all the wrong reasons. The cherry on top of this disaster is their customer service model. We paid what felt like our life savings, effectively draining our resources, not just for the service, but for the privilege of being treated with utter contempt. We paid our stomachs off, and they repaid us by barking like unprofessional amateurs. Lastly - a formal notice to Anushka and anyone associated with Fam The Five: do not engage in harassment, defamatory replies, or misuse of private information. If any further harassing or unlawful behaviour occurs in response to this review on this platform or elsewhere, we will pursue formal remedies, including filing complaints with the relevant consumer-protection and law-enforcement authorities and seeking civil remedies. We had a very disappointing experience with Famthe5 during my friend’s wedding. The team was disorganized, unprofessional, and showed no sense of responsibility. Despite repeated discussions, they failed to plan properly, not even basic backups for outdoor events. Their attitude throughout was careless, causing unnecessary confusion with vendors like the Mehendi team and dhol players. The worst part came after the wedding when they added unapproved charges and even messaged guests with false claims about pending payments, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, Famthe5 lacks professionalism, accountability, and respect for clients. They turned what should’ve been a joyful celebration into an unnecessarily stressful experience.

I attended a wedding planned by Fam The Five, and I must say it was one of the most poorly managed events I’ve ever been to. For a company that claims to bring “family warmth” and professionalism, the experience was anything but. From the moment we arrived, nothing seemed organized — there was confusion about seating, the décor was set up late and looked nothing like what the couple had envisioned, and the staff seemed completely lost. The event ran behind schedule. What shocked many of us was the team’s unprofessional behavior — they even messaged guests to damage the couple’s reputation after presenting unexpected, last-minute charges. Honestly, I felt terrible for the bride and groom. They had clearly trusted this team with one of the most important days of their lives, and Fam The Five failed them miserably. Would definitely not recommend this planner.

Absolutely Horrible Experience! No bride or groom deserves a planner like them. From execution to support, they lack expertise in every sense of the word. To make matters worse, Mrs Anshuka is by far the most unprofessional and arrogant member of the entire team. Many aspects of my wedding went terribly wrong because of Fam The Five. To begin with, their very name is misleading - it gives no sense of the “family” warmth they so proudly promise. They showed us stunning décor concepts in their PDFs, but the reality was entirely different. Snack jars that were supposed to be filled completely were only half full, and to top it off, they inflated the final bill by adding extra charges without our approval. These are just a few examples of their shocking mismanagement. What’s even more disgraceful is that they had the audacity to message our guests with false claims that we hadn’t paid them - even after receiving ₹10,000 more than the agreed amount, which was already fully settled. All in all, it will take them a very long time to mature into a professional company and to learn how to deal with the expectations of NRIs.
