Frontier Raas Ambience Mall

I bought a Banarasi silk saree from frontier raas Vasant Kunj at discounted rate. I wore it once and the weaving throughout the saree is coming out and moreover, there are patches of loose thread throughout the saree . When I went to the showroom to show it to the manager. The manager was so rude and was not interested to listen. She started saying random things about the saree - first of all , her behaviour was so rude as if she gave me the saree for free - then she said , you have to be careful about wearing the Banarasi sarees as if I am wearing it for the first time. I have 25 years old Banarasi sarees and their weaving and threads are intact. - then she said that there is no guarantee for discounted saree . If that was the thing I should have prior information, after all I have invested good amount even after discount Really pathetic experience If frontier raas people are reading this, kindly revert
