Our experience with Sayan Mukherjee and Chandani was nothing short of a nightmare. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. What was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives turned into a stressful ordeal because of their incompetence and deceit. Lack of Commitment and Accountability: Sayan Mukherjee sat idly, doing nothing while we struggled to manage the chaos. He even had the audacity to tell my sister that there was "no commitment" and "no schedule shared." Such pathetic excuses are unacceptable. Broken Promises and Poor Service Delivery: Flowers and Decor: No flowers, lights, or decor were ready as promised. We had to arrange entrance boards and fresh flowers ourselves because the ones provided were either dead or missing. Shehnai Player and Lights: The shehnai player demanded money during the wedding, and the lights provided were substandard, completely different from what was committed. Subcontractor Issues: They rely on subcontractors who failed to show up. Charges for helper boys were included, but none arrived. The light crew even threatened to cut the lights, leaving my parents begging them to keep them on. Overcharging and Misleading Costs: Mixologist Charges: They charged ₹19,000 for a mixologist, half of which we paid upfront. Upon contacting the mixologist team directly, we found out the actual charge was ₹6,000. Haldi Flowers: They charged ₹3,500 for flowers that were already dead. We had to buy fresh ones ourselves. Guesthouse Mismanagement: Despite clearing all payments by December 6th, the guesthouse manager still called, claiming payments weren’t cleared. The guesthouse was supposed to include breakfast, but when guests went for breakfast, they were told it wasn’t available. When we called Chandani, she rudely responded with, “What can I do if food is not given?” Rude Behavior and Threats: Chandani yelled at us and showed no accountability. After their substandard work, they had the audacity to demand more money and even threatened us when we refused. Overall Experience: We had to go around begging each subcontractor to do their job. The decor was ugly, the chairs were of poor quality, and the signage was missing. We were constantly lied to and misled. As a bride, all I did was cry and run around, trying to fix the mess they left us with. Final Verdict: These people are liars and cheats. They overcharge, underdeliver, and then threaten their clients. If you’re considering hiring them, please contact me first. I will provide full details and screenshots of how they ruined our wedding. Avoid them at all costs. They deserve nothing but the worst reviews for the way they treated us and handled our event.

I VENT EVENTS, worked as a co-vendor in our two projects, and we are immensely impressed by their co-operation and on-time deliverables. Their aesthetic decor sense, ideas curated by Mr. Sayan are all in all beautiful and out of the box.

Scam! We have been a victim of this, hope you don't be one of us, so this is my initiative just to make you make you people aware. We got married on November 2021. Had a series of events from 25-30 November 2021. Now it is end of February 2023 and this is finally when I thought I should take a stand and share my experience with you people with this review. The photography and videography was done by IVENT team and we gave them the entire amount (approx 1.5 lakhs for photography/videography) post the wedding awaiting for the videos and photos like any other eager family. But sadly these people hardly responded to our calls or when they did they kept saying tomorrow, 2-3 days later, one week later and then stopped answering our calls at all and have eventually blocked our numbers. After one year of constant pestering these people we got some photos. Been more than a year, we didn't receive the videos yet except a 50s and a 10min clip, no raw copies nothing whereas we spent quite a lot and even had appointed for drone videography. They got their money and now ghosting the clients big time. NO RESPONSE from them on calling or texting them. They also seem to have blocked the numbers of my family members (mom, dad, bhaiya, bhabhi) who were actively involved with them during the wedding festivities. After they received the money, they didn't seem to entertain us. Marriage happens once it is the most memorable day in anyone's life, please don't get scammed and ghosted by unreliable sources. We have been a victim of IVENT EVENTS, you don't be. The people involved in this management is, SAYAN MUKHERJEE CHANDNI CHATTERJEE When we started calling them constantly for handling over our files, they pushed some friend of his in between now who was not involved in the this any time in our wedding to tackle us, who also seems to be involved in some event works in Kolkata. His name is RAJIV PRASAD. Cannot understand what was happening with us as still there is no outcome and still we cannot figure out. Please don't fall for this trap guys and be aware of these people. This is just a small experience we had that I thought I should share. Thankyou.

Really nice people, they worked on my cousin sister's wedding and gained high praise from my family both for the end result as well as their professionalism. Have already recommended them to other people and will keep on doing so. Hope they keep up the good work.
