From the very first interaction with the team, we knew they were the one who would be our event planners. There is one thing of delivering something that is expected, but SoulConnect delivered everything above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. They made sure each and every detailing was to the point and made sure they were always available to us at each and every step of our wedding! The team is highly professional and agile! They brought all our thoughts to reality in a way that even we never imagined! In case you are looking for a wedding planner for your Big Day, don’t think twice! Planning a wedding? Soul Connect by Kabir Events should be your go-to wedding planners. I had a wonderful experience in planning my wedding with them. They are super professional and make sure the process is seamless for the bride and the groom. Every customer touchpoint is managed effortlessly, or, atleast they make sure it seems effortless to the end customer :) Right from the first interaction to the last one, each team member was smiling and full of energy to do great work. Special mentions to Niharika and Rahul who make up a dream team. I interacted the most with Niharika and she addressed all my concerns patiently. She diligently shared venue pictures as and when it was ready for the event to incorporate any last minute feedback. They are very cooperative during ideation phase and take customer suggestions and requests seriously. Their decor and event ideas are fun, engaging and simply beautiful. Overall, I had a lovely time planning with them and they took care of most of event related things.

For people who are looking for a good, reliable wedding events company...you don't need to search anymore. Kabir events have been excellent to us, they organised the whole events for our son's wedding recently. We dealt with Ketak and Akansha - They both score well above the best. They are always reachable, responsible and helpful with all right suggestions. We were very nervous on how everything will go, but it was a grand success at the end, mainly with the planning contribution from Akansha and Ketak. Thank you Kabir events, and wish you all the very best for future events.

Wow. We had a great experience with Kabir events. Two main people we dealt with are Ketak and Akanksha. Great people to work with. We hired them for my daughter's wedding in Goa. The did an amazing job with decorations and also event management. It was a 3 day event and everything went flawless. Everyone who attended the event were so happy with the arrangements and service. We highly recommend them.

I recently entrusted Kabir Events with the monumental task of planning a family reunion coupled with my father's 70th birthday party in Goa. The event saw over 70 guests arriving from different corners of the globe, and the team managed it flawlessly. I recently hired Soul Connect and unfortunately, it did not go well and the whole process ultimately left me disappointed and frustrated. One of the major letdowns was the lack of attention to detail throughout the planning process. Small but significant details were either overlooked or executed poorly. For example, printing the wrong timing for the event or having a horrendous print on the dance floor or having a tarot card stall set up right next to the speakers. We were also pulled out during an event to clear a payment which could have been handled before or after - really disruptive. There was absolutely no initiative on ideas or the itinerary, it was an extremely passive attempt from their end. We had hoped for a more intimate and personalised wedding and it seems like their experience is more with conventional weddings. It was a case of a gross misalignment in what they usually deliver vs what we needed. I really wish I could leave a better review but the whole process was an absolute ordeal and not something a couple needs before their wedding.

Kabir events did an amazing job at my wedding. They worked patiently together to figure out themes and the right decor matching it. They were flexible and adhered to all my requirements and presented exceptional decor at all my wedding events. Akansha is focused, friendly and accommodating. She managed end to end execution smoothly keeping calm and being accommodative. She's done a great job putting everything together and setting up a great ambience at all events. Ketak has been instrumental and supportive of last minute changes. He is customer obsessed and makes sure his team is focused on highest customer satisfaction.

I would highly recommend them. From the first meeting we had to the end product. Niharika and the team were always accommodating of our ideas and helped in bringing them to life. The renders for the decor were beautifully executed and everything went ahead smoothly. Thankyou to Kabir events for making my wedding day so memorable!
