3.5 years and counting since our wedding and we have still not got our final wedding video. When we met them, Sugandh and Varun both appeared to be diligent. Called us Ma'am Sir. Literally pleaded to get the job. We thought their work is decent, and even if they are relatively new, they might be more focused on the job in their desire to grow more. After we booked them, they demanded money in cash. we were not ok with that but still did it. They absolutely had no ideas for our pre wedding shoot. they just turned up with their cameras. The first disappointment was when they without consulting us send a whole lot of new 'tarditional' photographers to our wedding reception. These people had no idea at all about who the main relatives were. We were not happy. Below is the series of how we received the videos. Attached are the screenshots of my chat with Varun and Sugandh when I was chasing them for the videos - don't miss the dates of the messages - Few months after the weeding when we got our first vide, it was the shoddiest job they could have done. the performances and ceremonies were cut abruptly, the voice and dance was not in sync. we were VERY DISAPPOINTED. The video snippets of my parents, relatives and family were missing. - after 1 year we got the 'amended final' video - wrong background scores, syncing still not the best. The video clips of my parents, relatives and family still missing - chasing them for months I got my third 'final video' - they had not completely incorporated any changes we mentioned. The snippets from my parents and relatives were STILL MISSING!!! I was furious!! Whenever i chased them they used to either say - i'll update you tomorrow, or can you send me minutes wise changes, or can you send me the video - i soon realized they are just buying time. - Just before my third anniversary, i got my 'final video', with 'preview' written across it, and had a bad print. He demanded I pay him the balance 40k first and he would send me the final work only after that. Ma'am and Sir were replaced with Ridhima and Viabhav, and they talked about how 'this is not the way they work'. I was shocked and angry, people who have been so unprofessional with us for the past 3 years are now telling us how professionally they would want to work. They do not have a physical office for me to chase them. on the contrary they know exactly where my house is, but still they wanted us to make the payment first. I told him I do not trust him anymore and he should send me the deliverables first. and that is it. He has not responded after that. The video bytes from my parents which i would have cherished forever is probably dumped in his laptop somewhere! The wrongest decision we could make for our wedding! He might have done better for others, but for us it was the only wedding, and they were the only photographers. I HAVE GIVEN UP HOPES OF GETTING MY WEDDING VIDEO Varun and Sugandh - if you are reading this, if you lose a job in future, you can blame me because I would be praying that you don't get the job to ruin anyone else's wedding,

I got reference from my friend for Think tank, they are very professional and had taken awesome pics. They have captured each and every moment, from various angles and had not missed any piece of our wedding. Also team got adjusted to all family members and were humble. We see referring their work to many of our friends too.

Sugandh is the most professional photographer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His work is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!
