They recently did mehendi, haldi and cocktail for my sister’s wedding in Dehradun and I can’t thanks them enough for making all events so memorable for us. I still wish we could go back in time and have them on the wedding day too. They are not just professionals but they also understand the pressure that comes on the family with all wedding stuff. I got introduced to Big Daddy events from the Sarovar Premier hotel staff as I was planning to organize my pre-wedding events from the hotel. Deepak Rawat from the big daddy events reached out to me regarding their designs on events like engagement, haldi,mehendi and others. He was very courteous and introduced us to things which we wanted to keep in our events. For engagement I wanted a lavender-themed decor with cold pyres during our entry and he arranged the decor exactly how we wanted it to be. We also wanted a professional anchor to emcee the events and Deepak coordinated with Ms.Richa Bhatt for conducting the events. She was extremely helpful in introducing me to the flow of events and arranged a lovely evening with lot of interaction and games. Overall, it was a beautiful decor with all the things EXACTLY how we wanted it to be. For haldi, we wanted a yellow-based theme with flowers, photo booth and lotus-seating which Deepak and his team arranged without any hassle. I remember there was a time when we need a bowl of fresh rose petals in the very last minute and the big daddy even company arranged it for us quickly. Again, haldi was a beautiful decor with fresh flowers, nice photo booth stand and unique posters. Mehendi was our final event that Big daddy event company organized for us with beautiful red,black and white color themed decor. Deepak suggested us with the idea of a live band for the event and we immediately loved the idea. He helped us with organizing a lovely band for the mehendi and cocktail events. I must say that Big daddy event company has very professional connections with people that add a spark to the events. We wanted a section of the event hall for mehendi and Deepak did EXACTLY how we wanted it to be with beautiful colorful umbrellas, Mehendi sign written in hindi, mode(chair) for seating and more. In the midst of the vent, there was a possibility that our mehendi-waalas would not show and Deepak was very courteous and helpful during that time and told me and my family that if they don't show up he would help us in arranging someone else in the last minute. I'm very thankful to Deepak for supporting us during that time. Overall, once again a beautiful evening executed by big daddy events. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this event company if you are planning to arrange pre-wedding and/or wedding events. I couldn't emphasize more that they execute the decor EXACTLY how you wanted it to be and take into consideration all of your inputs. We also negotiated with them on the price aspect and Deepak was patiently involved in those negotiation discussions. He also listened to our requests in making payments in parts and agreed to our mode of online transaction. This is a huge deal in India especially in the norther region where vendors want everything in cash which is hard to get for people like me working in a service-class.
